Erin Andrews Files $10 Million Lawsuit Over Peephole Incident

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit against several parties, stemming from the 2008 peephole incident.

Andrews is suing for $10 million for invasion of privacy, wanting $6 million from the West End Marriott where the incident happened, as well as $4 million from the man who taped her, Michael Barrett.

Erin Andrews’ stalker Michael Barrett, who was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison in 2010, followed her to several cities where he recorded video of her though hotel peepholes.

It’s creepy but does she deserve millions over the bad experience?

Erin claims the stalking, videotaping and leak of the video footage has caused her “great emotional distress and embarrassment.”
