Model Petra Nemcova and her professional dance partner, Dmitry Chaplin, were voted off ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” on Tuesday night.

The supermodel said of her time on the dancing show, “It’s been (a) life-changing journey and I made amazing friends.”
Nemcova was born in the Czech Republic and became a top model after being discovered by a scout on the street. Petra has graced the covers of Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Vanity Fair.
The model suffered internal injuries and a broken pelvis in 2004, when a tsunami hit Thailand. She went on to create the Happy Hearts Fund, which is dedicated to helping children involved in natural disasters.
Now that Petra is off the dancing competition, the remaining contestants include actors Kirstie Alley, Ralph Macchio and Chelsea Kane, athletes Hines Ward and Chris Jericho, singer Romeo and reality star and former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson.
