British singer Bryan Ferry was rumored to be “seriously ill” but his rep claims the star was hospitalized for routine tests.
Bryan Ferry, 65, was taken to the hospital on Tuesday and had to cancel his performance at a 2012 Olympics event in London.
Reports claimed the singer was “seriously ill” and there was even speculation he had suffered a heart attack. But Ferry’s rep has issued a statement saying Bryan is doing fine and will be heading out on tour as planned.
Ferry’s rep stated, “Bryan Ferry has left hospital following a 24-hour period of routine observation and tests. All is well and he will be touring his Olympia solo album commencing this month.”
