Charlie Sheen claims he has reached an agreement with estranged wife Brooke Mueller in their custody battle.
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have reportedly reached a verbal agreement on custody of their two-year-old twin sons Bob and Max. This will allow the former couple to avoid going to court to settle the dispute.
Charlie tweeted, “not sure what all the legal noise is about… just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay.yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish…. odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha’! (sic)”
A few days, Brooke submitted a declaration to court saying that Sheen had taken their twins from her home without permission on February 26.
Judge Goldberg stripped Charlie of his custody rights and granted Mueller a restraining order, which states that he cannot be within 100 years of his estranged wife or their twin boys.
Police arrived at Charlie’s Beverly Hills home on Tuesday to remove the toddlers.
Some sources are reporting Brooke has broken off the agreement after Charlie went and blabbed to the media, when he was supposed to keep the custody terms under wraps.
