Charlie Sheen will face Brooke Mueller in court tomorrow over custody of their twin boys.
The actor will ask a judge to remove Brooke Mueller’s restraining order that prevents him from seeing his twin boys, Bob and Max.
Charlie and Brooke were said to have worked out a custody arrangement but that fell apart over the weekend.
Charlie, 45, reportedly wouldn’t agree with Brooke’s insistence a monitor be present at all times while he was caring for Bob and Max.
Sheen also didn’t like that Mueller wanted to prevent his two girlfriends, porn star Bree Olsen and marijuana model Natalie Kenly, from “exercising parental responsibilities” with the twins.
A friend of Brooke’s says, “She doesn’t want the girlfriends around her sons. One is a porn star, and the other is a marijuana magazine cover model.
“Brooke is seeking to control who is around the boys when Charlie has custodial time with them.”
