Rocker Bret Michaels has filed lawsuit against the Tony Awards producers, claiming the accident he suffered on stage in 2009 caused his brain hemorrhage.
The singer was performing at the Tony Awards when a stage prop fell and hit him in the face.
Michaels was back in hospital six months after the accident with a brain hemorrhage and a mild stroke.
The singer is now suing the Tony Awards producers as well as television network CBS. Michaels filed the lawsuit in LA on Friday.
The rocker is suing for unspecified damages.
