Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan had her probation revoked by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz today after being accused of stealing a $2500 necklace.
Lindsay Lohan arrived in court today wearing a tight white sweater-dress and wearing oversized sunglasses.
Judge Keith Schwartz was only in the courtroom for 15 minutes before he revoked Lindsay’s probation for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store on January 22. Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, entered a plea of not guilty for her client.
Lindsay’s bail was set at $40,000 and her next hearing is scheduled for February 23.
Judge Schwartz had a stern warning for the actress, stating, “You’re in a different situation now that a felony has been filed against you. Although people have been courteous, in this court’s opinion, in only requesting $20,000 in the probation violation, you now have a pending felony case. If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail.”
“You’re no different than anyone else, so please don’t push your luck, because I’m telling you, things will be different,” he warned. “Do you understand what I’m telling you?
“Yes, your Honor,” Lindsay stated.
