Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have reportedly agreed to a divorce settlement.
Troubled actor Charlie Sheen, who filed for divorce from Brooke Mueller in November, has come to an agreement with his estranged wife.
Sheen has agreed to pay Brooke $55,000 a month in child support for their twin sons Bob and Max, a lump sum of $757,698.70 and $1 million for her share of their home, which Sheen will be keeping.
Charlie will have joint custody of his sons but Brooke will have primary physical custody.
The divorce settlement details, “Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”
The former couple’s divorce will be finalized on May 2.
Charlie and Brooke married in May 2008 and split after a violent altercation on Christmas Day 2009.
