“Dukes of Hazzard” actress Peggy Rea has died at the age of 89.
Actress Peggy Rea, who is known for her roles on “The Dukes of Hazzard” and “The Waltons”, passed away on Saturday at her home in California.
Rea reportedly died from complications of heart failure.
The actress is remembered most for her role of Boss Hogg’s wife Lulu Hogg on “The Dukes of Hazzard”. She also played Rose Burton in “The Walton’s” and Brett Butler’s mother-in-law on “Grace Under Fire”.
Peggy’s movie career included a role in the 1964 flick “7 Faces of Dr. Lao” and the 1989 movie “In Country” with Bruce Willis.
