The Kardashian sisters have been slapped with a $75 million lawsuit for pulling out of a deal with Revenue Resource Group on a debit card deal.
The Kardashian sisters are facing a high-dollar lawsuit after they pulled out of a pre-paid debit card deal with Revenue Resource Group.
The reality stars agreed to the deal for a debit card with Mastercard in November but backed out of the deal when they discovered the card was being investigated.
The card cost $99.95 to purchase with $7.95 a month usage fee after a year, $6.00 for customer service calls and $500 in damages for lost cards.
The company filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian, as well as their mother, Kris Jenner. The suit was filed after the Kardashians ended the two-year deal after the cards were being investigated by the Attorney General of Connecticut.
A case hearing has been set for May 2, 2011.
