Gucci Mane Committed To Mental Health Facility

Rapper Gucci Mane believes he’s not mentally competent to fight prosecutors’ efforts to revoke his probation and has been committed to a psychiatric hospital at the judge’s orders.

Rapper Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, filed a “Special Plea of Mental Incompetency” in a Georgia courtroom on Monday.

Gucci, 30, claimed he was not able to “intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing.”
