“Golden Voice” Ted Williams Reunites With Mother (VIDEO)

Ted Williams, the “Golden Voiced” homeless man from Ohio, reunited with his mother after ten years.   Check out their emotional reunion.

Ted Williams, 53, became an overnight sensation after being discovered by a Columbus reporter as he begged for change alongside the highway.

Along with his fame, Ted was able to reunite with his 90-year-old mother, Julia Williams.

Ted said of the tender moment, “I was just gone. We didn’t even say anything. Man, it was like a dream finally came true”.

Williams has job offers pouring in but his mother warns him of sliding back into his old ways.   Julia warned her son, “Please don’t disappoint me. Hold your life together. Just don’t let things fall apartment when you fall in with the wrong people”.

Ted has been approached by MTV and ESPN and is recording ads for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese.

  1. Ted Williams is an awesome representative of "The American dream" and the power of the internet. He went down the wrong path, like have many others, but still stayed true to himself and his gift. It was surely an emotional roller coaster for him and seeing his former "home" and the fact he even forgot how old his own mother was…deffinetly a well deserved break.
