Nicole Richie’s Probation Ends Two Months Early

Newlywed Nicole Richie has another thing to celebrate this New Year after a judge terminated her probation today, two months before it was scheduled to end.

Nicole Richie’s probation for her 2006 DUI charge was terminated on Wednesday, two months early.

Nicole, who married “Good Charlotte” singer Joel Madden earlier this month, was arrested after police observed her driving the wrong way on an LA   freeway in 2006.

Richie’s probation was supposed to end in Februar but her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley went to court on Wednesday morning to present a judge with proof Nicole had completed all the terms of her probation.

The judge agreed to terminate it early.
