Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse’s husband has admitted he is responsible for making Amy into a junkie. And now Blake says he will leave Amy Winehouse in order to “save her life”.

Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil is revealing that he is the one that got Amy started with drugs.

“I dragged Amy into [drugs] and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road,” Blake Fielder-Civil told the News of the World in a new interview.

“Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”

Fielder-Civil is currently in a drug rehab facility where he has been since his Nov. 5 release from prison

Amy Winehouse has yet to visit her husband since he left prison, but was just hospitalized again on Nov. 20 for what her rep says was a “reaction to medication.”

“I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty,” Fielder-Civil says.

Blake, 26, and Amy Winehouse, 25, took up heroin, cocaine and self-mutilation under his influence, “and then our lives fell apart.”

Amy Winehouse nearly died right in front of her husband last summer, he says, when she suffered a seizure after an all-day heroin and crack binge.

“My wife, who I love with all my heart and soul, just started shaking violently in front of me,” Fielder-Civil recalls.

“It was heartbreaking, seeing someone you love more than yourself, someone you would die for, someone you would kill for on the floor shaking.

I knew f—ing then that I had ruined something beautiful. It was all my fault.”

Blake also revealed that Amy Winehouse had cheated on him with her manager’s assistant, Alex Haines.

“They started taking heroin and crack. And temptation just got the better of the pair of them,” he says.

Fielder-Civil says he forgave his wife’s indiscretion, but won’t take her back when he leaves rehab on Dec. 30.

“The most dignified thing I can ever do in my life is to release somebody I love from my f—ing grasp, from my clutches. “

And the one-time music video assistant insists he won’t go after his wife’s reported $15 million fortune – even though they don’t have a prenup.

“If Amy wants a divorce I’m not going to fight her for anything,” he said. “I’m not taking a single penny off her.”

Says Fielder-Civil: “I will do anything for her “” and that includes walking away.”
