Angelina Jolie’s diet is revealed.

Angelina Jolie gave instructions to her staff on her choice of menu and diet. She is determined to return to her svelte figure and she started following a strict diet during her pregnancy.

This was revealed when Jolie booked into the Lenval clinic/ hospital in advance and gave the staff a list of her dietary requirements. She required organic food and a diet with plenty of Omega-3.

For breakfast, Jolie requested for organic salmon with tomatoes, brown bread and herbs. Lunch and dinner are mackerel or grilled fresh tuna with watercress, spinach and tomatoes. Snacks are almonds or hazelnuts with apple and honey.

The source said that Jolie will continue with this diet until she has recovered from childbirth and gotten back in shape.

Pretty soon, the Brangelina twins, Vivienne Marcheline & Knox Leon, will be shown to the world in magazine pictures.
