Wynonna Judd’s Husband’s Leg Amputated After Motorcycle Accident

Singer Wynonna Judd’s husband has of two months has been hospitalized after he was involved in a serious accident on Saturday.

Wynonna was traveling down a highway near Hill City, South Dakota before her concert later that night while her husband, Michael “Cactus” Moser” following her on his motorcycle.

Moser, 55, drifted across the center of the highway and collided with an oncoming vehicle.

Paramedics arrived and Moser was airlifted by helicopter to Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Moser “severed” his leg in the crash and doctors had to amputate his leg above the knee.

The rep also says Moser had to undergo surgery on his hand, which is of particular concern because he is the drummer in Judd’s band.

Wynonna Judd Marries Rocker Cactus Moser

Country star Wynonna Judd has tied the knot with Cactus Moser in Tennessee.

Wynonna married Cactus, the drummer for her band The Big Noise, in a lakeside gazebo on her Leiper’s Fork farm at sunset.

Her teenage daughter Grace served as her maid of honor and Wynonna was taken to the wedding site in a horse-drawn carriage.

Judd wore a Houri Barahimi dress and sans shoes, while the groom wore a suit with a gun and holster.

Wynonna said of her ceremony, “We kept it really simple. We wanted it to be just us and our kids.”

The couple enjoyed a spaghetti dinner by candlelight and took off in an old-fashioned getaway car.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon at Blackberry Farm in Walland, and Judd gushes, “I feel a joy that hasn’t been there before.”

Wynonna Judd Engaged To Cactus Moser

Country singer Wynonna Judd is engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Cactus Moser.

Wynonna, 47, received a proposal over the Christmas holidays.

The Judds singer has been dating the Highway 101 drummer since 2009.

“Not a rumor. Right here,” Wynonna told CMT’s Hazel Smith about how Moser kissed her onstage in Arizona. “We’ve been together 18 months. So you heard it here, and it ain’t no rumor!”

This will be the third marriage for Judd, who was previously married to D.R. Roach and Nashville businessman Arch Kelly, who is the father to her son Elijah, 17, and Grace, 15.
