Usher’s Stalker Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw Says She’s His Wife (VIDEO)

Usher is being stalked by a woman who is convinced she is married to him.

The 33-year-old singer has obtained a restraining order against Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, 26, who showed up at his home on June 23.

Darshelle pounded on the front door and demanded to be let inside. Police were called and told her not to return.

The woman didn’t heed their warning and returned the next day, trying to convince the police she was Usher’s wife and had lost her keys.

The cops didn’t buy her story because they knew Usher isn’t even married and arrested her.

Usher obtained a restraining order immediately, claiming she “placed him in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family”.

Darshelle posted a video on YouTube claiming she is not a stalker, even claiming she may sue the singer for defamation.

Usher is currently in a nasty child custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster, who he claims spat on his new girlfriend.

The singer took to the stand in an Atlanta court room where he testified against Tameka and claimed she “wanted to fight” when he came to her home with his girlfriend.

Usher claims Tameka walked up to his car and said, “I’m gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house? She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her.”

The singer said he had to jump out of the car to block Tameka and she then struck him. He asked her to calm down before leaving but instead she “threw a plate of food at the car.” He then said he fled the situation.

Usher started to cry when questioned about his parenting.

He was asked about using drugs and admitted to smoking pot but said he’s never used drugs in front of the kids. He was then asked about ecstasy but his lawyer objected.

Usher was involved in a freaky dispute over the weekend after a woman accused the singer of parking in a handicapped parking spot.

The R&B singer was in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday for the annual Little 5 Points Halloween Parade when a woman saw Usher’s SUV parked in a handicapped spot.

The woman demanded that Usher move his vehicle but he refused.

Things went from bad to worse, with the woman screaming at Usher and angrily flailing her arms as she tries to grab at the singer’s hoodie.
