Former “Beverly Hills 90210″ star Tori Spelling has undergone emergency surgery after suffering c-section complications after the birth of her fourth child.

The mother of four, who gave birth to son Finn Davey on August 30, spent last weekend in the hospital where she still remains.

Spellings rep confirms, “Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section. She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”

Tori’s latest pregnancy wasn’t just her fourth c-section but also her second child born in just a year! That’s pretty tough on your body!

Tori Spelling has given birth to her fourth child.

The former “Beverly Hills 90210″ actress and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed their fourth child into the world on Thursday.

Tori announced her new arrival on her website, writing, “We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family!

“Please join us in welcoming Finn Davey McDermott. 08/30/12, 5:39 PM, 6 pounds, 6 ounces – 20 inches long. Love, Tori, Dean, Liam, Stella, and Hattie (sic).”

Tori has insisted this pregnancy is her last but admitted she would feel “sad” not to ever be pregnant again.

Wow! That was fast! Tori Spelling has announced that she is pregnant yet again, just five months after giving birth to her third child.

Tori wrote about the happy news in a blog post entitled “And Baby Makes 6″, writing, “Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way! We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us. Love, Tori xoxo”

Tori Spelling and her hubby Dean McDermott already have three children together, Hattie, five months, Liam aged 5 and Stella, who is three.

Tori rose to fame in the 90s, for her role as Donna Martin on “Beverly Hills 90210″.

Former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Tori Spelling’s hubby accidentally tweeted a topless photo of her on Wednesday.

The photo of their 4-year-old son, Liam, looks innocent enough at first glance, until you see a pair of exposed breasts in the bottom right corner!

Dean McDermott, 45, hadn’t realized the photo he tweeted included his topless wife, who just gave birth to their third child in October.

But one of the actor’s 75,000 followers brought the major faux pas to his attention and he took it down immediately!

Hopefully Dean won’t be in the doghouse with Tori over the booby slip-up!
