Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage died at age 36 from natural causes due to a heart condition, according to the coroner’s report released today.
Sage died on July 13 of a heart attack and no other factors were involved. His death is classified a natural death.
Coroner Chief Craig Harvey said Sage Stallone had a history of being a heavy smoker, but his family said Sage had tried to cut back and recently began using an electric cigarette.
No drugs were found in Sage’s system except for a low level of Hydrocodone, more commonly known as Vicodin.
