Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage died at age 36 from natural causes due to a heart condition, according to the coroner’s report released today.

Sage died on July 13 of a heart attack and no other factors were involved. His death is classified a natural death.

Coroner Chief Craig Harvey said Sage Stallone had a history of being a heavy smoker, but his family said Sage had tried to cut back and recently began using an electric cigarette.

No drugs were found in Sage’s system except for a low level of Hydrocodone, more commonly known as Vicodin.

Sylvester Stallone has been hit by a another tragedy in his family, with the death of his half-sister, Toni Ann Filiti (also known as Toni D’Alto).

The actor has been grieving the death of son Sage a month ago, who died at the age of 36. And now Sly has lost his half-sister, who died of lung and liver cancer at age 48.

Toni Ann Filiti passed away on Sunday night at her mother Jackie Stallone’s home, after choosing to spend the final days at home instead of the hospital.

A family member revealed, “She passed away last night and it was somewhat expected. After being in the ICU she decided she wanted to die in the house so she could spend time with her family.”

The Stallone family has been dealt another blow with Sylvester’s half-sister being put in the hospital in critical condition.

The 66-year-old actor is still grieving over the death of his son Sage last month, and now his half-sister, Toni Ann Filiti, is in ICU with lung and liver cancer.

Sylvester’s mother Jackie said Toni Ann, 48, is not doing well and her cancer has spread.

Jackie said, “After losing my grandson, this has been too much to bear. Toni Ann is not doing well at all. She has lung cancer Stage 4, she has liver cancer, it has spread to her brain.

“I am doing terrible after having my grandson go, then my daughter [critical] at 48 years old. It isn’t easy. I don’t know what to do. She has been in UCLA for two weeks. She’s on IVs to stay alive. She is on all kinds of IVs to eat.

“The doctors don’t think she will improve. What can you do? They have done everything; she even entered an experiment. I would like to bring her home.”

Sylvester Stallone’s son’s death remains a mystery after the autopsy came back inconclusive, pending the toxicology test results due in two months.

But new information released reveals there were several bags of white powder that were found in the room where Sage died.

Law enforcement sources said there were “several small baggies” of a white substance found at the scene, believed to be cocaine or crushed Vicodin.

Sources also report there were huge amounts of prescription drug medications in his home.

An insider said there were “60 gigantic bottles, like the ones in pharmacies”.

The details surrounding Sage Stallone’s death at age 36 still remains a mystery, pending toxicology reports due in six weeks.

But one person in the family is speaking out about Sage’s untimely death, pointing the finger at Sylvester Stallone and his wife. Wow! Talk about family drama!

Sage’s cousin Edd Filiti, 18, posted an angry message on Facebook Friday, suggesting that the “Rocky” star cut his son out of his life which may have lead to his demise.

Filiti wrote, “What did he do wrong, say happy birthday. Neither you [Stallone's wife Jennifer Flavin] or he could return a phone call, which is all he wanted, his father.

“I know you don’t care what happened, but you’ll care when you’re squirming under the burning magnifying glass of public opinion. You people make me f— sick.”

Sage was found dead in his Hollywood Hills home on Friday by a housekeeper, surrounded by bottles of prescription pills.

Braunstein said of Sage, “He was very creative, energetic and very full of life. We were just joking about how he was going to get married and have a fun marriage. There was nothing dark or depressing, no problems, certainly no financial problems.”

But, Braunstein’s account of Stallone seems to be very different than what other people have encountered.

Robert Rhine did a photoshoot with Sage in May and said the filmmaker was stumbling around and his speech was slurred.
