There have been rumors flying that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s relationship was pretty much over, but Miley later said the wedding was still on.

Miley’s latest musical collaborator, Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion, let it slip that Miley and Liam’s relationship “no longer exists”.

Rapper Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion has no problem smoking marijuana with his kids, explaining “my kids can do whatever the hell they want”.

He sounds like father of the year material, huh?

Snoop is currently helping his 18-year-old son Corde launch his rap career under the name Spanky Danky and said he has no problem with his son enjoying a little ganja.

Snoop told The Hollywood Reporter, “What better way to [learn] than from the master?”

The rapper is referring to Twitter photos that Spank posted showing him lighting his dad’s huge bong.

“My kids can do whatever the hell they want,” Snoop says of his children. Adding, “For me to say otherwise would be hypocritical. A lot of motherf**kers don’t have a relationship with their kids, and that’s when they get on drugs and have suicidal thoughts and drive drunk. Me and my son is mellow. I’m his father, so I wanna show him the proper way because he looks up to me.”

Snoop Dogg, who is now going by the name Snoop Lion in his new reggae career, wants to be a judge on “American Idol”.

In his recent interview, Snoop learned Mariah Carey was making around $18 million for a one-year contract with the show and said, “I’ll do American Idol”, before jokingly yelling to his manager, “Get on it!”

The rapper/reggae star is known for his love of weed and offensive language. But, he claims he’ll clean up his act a bit if he gets the job.

Snoop stated, “I’ll clean my act up, but I’m still Rastafari”.

“American Idol” will return to television in January with Mariah Carey filling one of the slots on the judging panel after Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler left the show last month.

Snoop Dogg has announced he is leaving the rap world and becoming a reggae singer.

The Long Beach rapper is also changing his name to “Berhane” or “Snoop Lion”. Yes, seriously!

Snoop said at the press event at Miss Lily’s jerk joint in New York, “This awakening was necessary. I don’t even know why, I don’t know how. I thought I was going to make another gangsta record. I thought I was going to do another pimp album. I thought I was going to do what I do. But this called me and put all of that to rest.”

The musician adds, “I want to bury Snoop Dogg, and become Snoop Lion,” he said. “I didn’t know that until I went to the temple, where the High Priest asked me what my name was, and I said, ‘Snoop Dogg.’ And he looked me in my eyes and said, ‘No more. You are the light; you are the lion.’ From that moment on, it’s like I had started to understand why I was there.”

Rapper Snoop Dogg has been banned from entering Norway for two years after allegedly trying to smuggle marijuana into the country last month.

The rapper was stopped by officials at Kristiansand Airport in Kjevik, where he was allegedly caught carrying .28 ounces of weed.

Snoop Dogg, a known major weed smoker, has been barred from returning to Norway.

But, sources report Snoop has no immediate plans to appeal the ruling, insisting he “can live with the decision”.

The Norwegian media are reporting that rapper Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was briefly detained at an airport in Norway after entering the country with marijuana and a large amount of cash.

The Customs officials could not reveal his identity according to their laws, but did say an American artist was caught with marijuana by a drug-sniffing dog.

A customs officer who wished to remain anonymous said that person was also carrying way more cash than is legally allowed and was fined 52,000 kroner ($8,600) for the violations.

Snoop is in Norway to perform at the Hove Festival festival in the southern town of Kristiansand.

Rapper Snoop Dogg has a bit of advice for Kris Humphries in his web video, where he slams reality star Kim Kardashian.

Snoop described Kim’s ability to destroy any man that dared hook up with her. The rapper referenced her estranged husband Kris, her former beau Reggie Bush, and even her sex tape partner, Ray J.

Dogg told Kris you can’t make an honest woman of Kim, stating, “She’s coldblooded, I’m pretty sure she’ll have a book in a month talking about all the ni**ers that she got and how she played them. So, my advice is you can’t make a ho a housewife. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel.”
