Roseanne Barr Gets A Surprise Guest At Comedy Central Roast

Roseanne Barr had quite a blast from the past during her Comedy Central Roast taping.

Her ex-husband Tom Arnold showed up and was the hit of the show.

“We have not been in the same room for over 17 years,” Arnold told the audience after taking the stage.

Arnold made mostly positive comments about Barr, stating, “Is this really the best format to do this? Getting together with your ex at a roast.”

Roseanne actually seemed to be touched by Arnold’s comments, jokingly stating, “I’d really like to thank Tom for showing up. It was very brave and he was very funny. But Jesus Christ how many jobs do I have to get that guy?”

Roseanne Barr For President?

Comedian Roseanne Barr is throwing her hat into the ring to run as the Green Party’s official candidate for President. No joke!

Roseanne could go up against President Barack Obama and either Newt Gingrich or Mitt Romney in the race for the White House in November in 2012.

Barr said on Twitter, “I am running for Green Party nominee for POTUS. I am an official candidate. I am4 the Greening of America&the world. Green=peace/justice.”

The former actress filed her paperwork with the Federal Election Commission on January 25, 2012 creating a four-way race for the Green nomination, which will be decided at the Green Party Presidential Nominating Convention in July.
