A sex tape starring actress Minka Kelly is currently being shopped around to the highest bidder, but there could be a major problem because it’s believed she was underage when the XXX video was filmed.

The initial reports of Minka’s sex tape were dismissed as another hoax, but insiders reveal the sex tape is legit.

The 30-minute video seems to be shot professionally with the camera on a tripod and connected to a television monitor. Sources report the guy in the tape is her ex-boyfriend.

Those that have viewed the footage reveal Minka is “very aware of the camera”, while music from Brandy’s 1998 album plays in the background.

This time period would have been 16 days before Minka was even 18!

The actress is shown singing and dancing to the song “Never Say Never” in the tape.

Actress Minka Kelly and baseball superstar Derek Jeter appear to have reconciled right in time to ring in the New Year.

The couple are reportedly hanging out in Paris, France together.

Minka and Derek dated for three years before splitting in August 2011, but were spotted together in Paris on Thursday at the Musee d’Orsay.

An eyewitness from the U.S., said, “They had a guide taking them around on the fifth floor, and they were looking at Monet and the works of other French impressionists.

“They went to all the different floors; they looked at Van Gogh. Derek was very low-key and was wearing a black-and-gray sweater. Minka looked very pretty. She was wearing white jeans, a brown jacket and boots.

“The funniest part was seeing tourists walk by wearing New York Yankees hats on, and some people didn’t even notice them!”

A crew member on the new “Charlie’s Angels” television show set was fired after behaving improperly with the show’s main star Minka Kelly.
