The “Liz & Dick” actress, who previously said she was “too ill” to attend the hearing, decided to appear and avoided jail time.

The “Liz & Dick” star was ordered to appear for a pre-trial hearing in Los Angeles after her probation was revoked last month over lying to police.

Actress Lindsay Lohan’s former lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has filed paperwork to be dismissed from her case.

Lohan fired Holley but later tried to rehire her. But, it looks like the lawyer wants nothing to do with the troubled star!
