Lindsay Lohan has a new half brother, just hours after she had to appear in court today.

Her father Michael Lohan and his girlfriend, Kate Major, welcomed a son named Landon in Florida.

Kate Major, the occasional girlfriend of Michael Lohan, was arrested in the wee hours this morning in Florida for battery and resisting arrest.

She was busted on charges of battery, battery against an officer, EMT, or firefighter, and resisting an officer with violence.

Major was released today at 12:19 PM. She was ordered to complete a mental health/drug evaluation and will need to bring the documents to court with her in 48 hours to help the court decide how to proceed.

This isn’t Kate’s first run-in with the law. The pseudo-star was arrested in November for a fight with a passenger on an airplane.

Kate checked into a rehab facility but is already back in trouble with the law after her release last week.
