MTV reality star Joey Kovar’s cause of death is still pending after the autopsy came back inconclusive.

Kovar, who was found dead in a woman’s apartment at age 29, is believed to have died of a lethal mix of Viagra, alcohol, and cocaine.

Sources claim the “Real World: Hollywood” star visited Stacey Achterhof’s home in Illinois on Thursday, asking her to take him to a location to score more cocaine.

The woman said she refused and revealed Joey drank alcohol and took Viagra. She said they fooled around but did not have sex.

On Friday morning, Stacey said she found Joey bleeding from his nose and ears and that his eyes were black. Sources report blackened eyes are common in an overdose.

Kovar was found dead at his friend’s house by a female friend on Friday morning with blood coming out his ears and nose. Paramedics were called, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

There are no details on Joey’s cause of death but family members suspect drugs are to blame.

Kovar appeared on “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” in 2008 to try and conquer his drug addictions to cocaine and ecstasy.
