Marv Albert arrived with his PR guy Jeff Pomeroy and there was reportedly a scuffle with 50 Cent’s bodyguards who were not familiar with Albert. A Kimmel show guard yelled out, “It’s Marv Albert” but this didn’t seem to phase 50 Cent’s entourage. There were reportedly curse words yelled and even a few punches.

Marv Albert made it to his dressing room but was thinking wtf?  “Did you see that?” Albert said. “I thought they were kidding, but then I realized they weren’t.”

Kimmel said Albert’s appearance was at his request. “I’ve been a fan of Marv’s for a long time,” the late-night host said. “I appreciate great broadcasters who are distinctive. I like somebody who brings a real personality to the job but in a professional way. Your job is to call games, not tell jokes, not make yourself a personality. I think Marv is great.”

Heidi Klum said she was thrilled to walk the runway Thursday night at Victoria’s Secret’s fashion show, just five weeks after she gave birth to her fourth child!  Read more and see video below.

Heidi Klum was happy to walk the runway just weeks after giving birth and looked great!

“I am excited,” she told UsMagazine backstage right before walking out to lots of cheers in a purple corset covered with a half gown with poufs of tulle. “I’m keeping it all together.”

Heidi, 36, welcomed a little girl she named Lou just five weeks ago.

“She’s great,” Klum said of her newborn. “I pre-pumped a lot of milk, left it in the freezer.”

“Every time it’s the same,” says Klum, who wants to lose 20 more lbs. “You know, if you kind of gain 45 pounds, then it takes time to kind of go down again.”

Former Project Runway champ Christian Siriano said he’s very mpressed with Klum’s post-baby body.

“She looked amazing!” he said at the after-party at the Penthouse at Hotel on Rivington. “You’re going to die. She looks — oh my god! — she looks so good!”

Miley Cyrus’ tour bus that carried some of her touring crew crashed just outside of Richmond, VA on Friday. Read more on the deadly bus crash below.

One of Cyrus’ tour buses crashed but Miley was not on the bus.

“It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley’s,” her manager told TMZ. “It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew.”

The driver apparently lost control and the bus started veering off the road. The driver of the bus was killed and others on board were rushed to the hospital.

Miley Cyrus’ reps say she will still perform as scheduled on Sunday.

A hand and foot model in New York City, Christina Ambers, has filed a lawsuit against her upscale apartment building claiming the co-op board is trying to force her out after she married their former doorman.  Read more on Christina Amber’s lawsuit below.

Christina Ambers filed a $10 million lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court against residents and the management of the East 74th Street building called the “Avon House”.

Ambers claims in her lawsuit that her husband, Angel Rotger, was fired and she was made to hail her own taxis and pick up her own packages after she and the doorman became romantically involved.

The suit claims the residents have a problem with “a Hispanic former porter” living in the apartment building.

Ambers and Rotger married in July.

Joe Colbert, the apartment building lawyer, says the claims have “no merit.”

Actor James Van Der Beek has filed for divorce from his wife of almost six years, Heather McCombs. Read more on the couple’s split below.

The former star of “Dawson’s Creek” reportedly filed for divorce on Friday in Los Angeles.  The reason given for the divorce was irreconcilable differences.

James Van Der Beek and Heather McCombs married in July 2003 do not have any children.

James, 32, has recently been in several episodes of  “One Tree Hill” and starred in movies such as “Varsity Blues” and “The Rules of Attraction.”

Heather McComb has appeared as a supporting actress in many movies and television shows.

Little five-year old Shaniya Davis’ cause of death is asphyxiation and the autopsy revealed the precious little girl was raped. Mario Andrette McNeill was charged with rape and first degree murder in addition to first degree kidnapping charges.

McNeill has been kept in isolation since he surrendered to authorities on November 13, 2009, after he was shown on video carrying Shaniya Davis in a hotel.

Shaniya Davis’ mother, Antoinette Nicole Davis (who is reportedly currently pregnant), faces charges of  human trafficking, and child abuse involving prostitution.

Some sources report that Antoinette Davis gave Shaniya to Mario McNeill as a way to pay off unpaid drug debts.

This is such a sad story…

Korean model, Daul Kim, reportedly committed suicide but these reports have not yet been confirmed.

Daul Kim made her runway debut at the Fall 2007 shows and has appeared in British Vogue and a commercial for Topshop line.

Kim had a blog called iliketoforkmyself.com and her last post said “say hi to forever” and featured a video of Jim Rivers for the song “I Go Deep.”

“She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much,” Next Models said in an statement.

Sen. John Kerry’s daughter, Alexandra Kerry, has been arrested in Hollywood for driving while drunk. Read more on Alexandra Kerry’s arrest below.

Los Angeles police have stated that Alexandra Kerry, 36, was pulled over by police officers on in Hollywood at around 12:40 a.m. Thursday and she failed the sobriety test.

Officer Bruce Borihanh says Kerry was arrested and taken to the Hollywood police station and held for about five hours. Alexandra was released at around 5:30 this morning after she posted $5,000 bail.

Alexandra Kerry is the oldest daughter of the Massachusetts senator, John Kerry, who was the Democrats’ 2004 presidential nominee.

Alexandra has produced  several documentary films and has even had several acting roles.

Jamar Pinkney Sr., 37, reportedly stripped his 15 year-old son Jamar Pinkney Jr. naked and shot and killed him execution style after his teen son had admitted inappropriate contact with his 3 year-old half-sister. Read more on this tragic story below.

Jamar Pinkney Jr.’s mother, Lazette Cherry, told news media that Jamar Pinkney Sr. came to her home after she told him of her teen son’s troubling confession.

Cherry said the 15-year-old had admitted having “inappropriate contact” with his 3-year-old half sister.

“I called and told his father this isn’t something you sweep under the rug,” Cherry Lazette told the reporter.

Pinkney Sr. started out by pistol whipping his son in the living room where he lived with his mother Cherry. Pinkney Sr. then took his son outside naked into the lot and had him kneel down. The 15 year-old boy begged for his life as his mother watched the horrific scene. Pinkney then shot his son execution style in the head.

Jamar Pinkney Sr. faces one count of first-degree murder, three counts of felonious assault and one count of felony firearm.

Jamar’s aunt, Yolanda Cherry, said a relative took the 3 year-old girl to a doctor to be examined on Sunday and she showed no indications of sexual abuse.

“There is nothing normal about killing your child,” Cherry said. “I don’t know why he shot him. He was a good boy. This is so sad.”

The boy’s aunt tells her version of the events:

“He beat my nephew real bad in the head, where he had knots like he had been in a boxing ring … [When Cherry tried to intervene, the father pulled out a gun.]“

“I ran down the street to get police down here and I heard a gunshot.”

The “She-Wolf” singer who is known for her sexy hip-shaking dancing believes she never really had to have training for belly-dancing but did have lessons as a child.

Shakira said: “For me, it was, and is, more of a natural thing. It’s something that was practically given to me at birth, and for which I never had to train myself. These movements, they are inside me and I can call them back whenever I need them.”

Shakira knows she is considered a sex symbol and says she is “flattered” because she has never believed she is a beautiful woman.

She added: “I must confess that I feel very flattered – because I never have felt particularly sexy. Anybody who shows me like this is promoting my feminine vanity.”

Shakira appears semi-naked in her ‘She Wolf’ video and admits it isn’t easy keeping in shape and that she goes through rigorous training to keep slim.

She told the German magazine Fit For Fun: “I trained really hard for the ‘She Wolf’ video – almost a month. I wanted to look good and didn’t want to shame myself.

“There was no muscle in my body that did not hurt. I was in pain for days, simply because I’d gone too far.”
