Vanessa Hudgens’ sex tape was rumored to have surfaced again. The source said that it was a 45 second tape that was recorded on a cell phone. In it, Vanessa was shown seated under a Christmas tree. She was wearing only a red Santa’s cap and a red thong hat was decorated with some mistletoe. She had pasties on her boobs.
This is good news for Vanessa Hudgens’ fans. The contract might be signed next week. The negotiations are on-going because Disney is rumored to be offering her a raise.
There have been so many rumors about Vanessa Hudgens and Disney. People wonder if Disney is making use of this opportunity to generate hype about HSM 3.
Ashley Tisdale’s contract is already signed. She will reprise her role as Sharpay Evans in High School Musical 3. Zac Efron has also been asked to return in the new HSM 3 but his deal remains unsigned.
HSM 3 is scheduled to begin shooting in Jan. 2008.

Vanessa Hudgens is being sued by her ex-lawyer, Brian Schall, for unpaid wages. The sum in question is $150 000. He claimed that Vanessa owes him money. However, Vanessa has challenged this by engaging a new lawyer to fight this case.
Evan N. Spiegel argued that since Vanessa was younger than 18 when she signed the contract with Schall in Oct. 2005, it can be voidable and disaffirmed before she reached 18 or within a reasonable time period. Moreover, Vanessa sent a letter to disaffirm the contract with Schall on Oct 9.

Vanessa acts like a streetwalker in broad daylight and was caught on film entering the Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel with an older male companion on Wednesday, Sep 19, in Beverly Hills, CA. It could be a new role. Nothing has been officially written about this top level secretive reconnaissance, which had to take place at a classy but seedy venue. Hudgens’ assistant was mysteriously absent. This is definitely not a place for a devout church patron.
Meanwhile, Zanessa’s other half has been drinking like a fish. He has adopted some adult taste. Efron is proving to be as slippery as an eel. Whenever the media reports on his trademark tastes, he does a metamorphosis and emerges slightly different to confuse the press. He changed his drink from Robeks Juice to Starbucks.
