Brody Jenner’s girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, has just filed a $1 million lawsuit against  “Girls Gone Wild” creator, Joe Francis, alleging assault and battery. Read more on Jayde’s lawsuit against Joe below.

Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008, Jayde Nicole, claims in her lawsuit, “In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll.”

Nicole says she received several injuries from the incident including a “black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, and utter emotional distress and humiliation.”

She’s suing Joe Francis for $1 million plus punitive damages.

The news of Jayde Nicole’s lawsuit against Joe Francis comes shortly after Francis made a plea deal for his tax evasion charges.

TMZ reported this statement from Joe Francis (always the gentleman.. ):

“Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar. Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable.

It is so interesting that Jayde Nicole would hire the same attorney (Ron Richards) who represented the double murderer who kidnapped me from my Bel Air mansion at gunpoint in 2004, for which he is now serving 11 years.

The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word “respect” above her vagina … for which we all know she has none of.”

Francis added, “Jayde have you seen a picture of me lately? I’m 175 lbs. soaking wet.”

John Mayer and “The Hills” star Kristin Cavallari have been reportedly hooking up at a mutual friend’s house in the Mt Olympus area of the Hollywood Hills. But get this… it’s supposedly been going on for two years! But John Mayer says it’s all a bunch of crap.

Sources say that Kristin was unsure about dating John Mayer publicly because she didn’t want to be just another in his long  list of celebrity conquests.  And both Mayer and Cavallari have dated people off and on too.

But apparently this is just a bogus rumor because John Mayer who does just about every chick he meets says he hasn’t been with Kristin Cavallari.

Here’s what John had to say on his Twitter:

“Rumor control: How do I put this like a gentleman…I have never high fived Kristin Cavalari with my penis,” read his first post.

John also said, “I’m sure she’s a wonderful gal but we have never tasted the Skittles Rainbow together.”

“My Milli has never slam danced with her Vanilli,” he continued.

Finally, he ended by writing, “I have never Bensoned her Hedges, nor have I attempted to Bartle her James.”

Oh… John is so clever huh?

Heidi Montag performed her first live performance at the Miss Universe pageant Sunday. Read more and see video of Heidi’s performance below.

Heidi wore tight sequined pants and a matching bra , and performed a song “Body Language”.

“The Hills” star had half of her performance blocked by NBC and they showed the 15 finalist in the Miss Universe pageant.

“I think people don’t know what to expect, and how can they? It’s my first performance live and it’s in front of a billion eyes. So I’m very excited to show everyone what I’m coming with,” said Montag prior to her performance.

TMZ had reported that Heidi Montag might not sing because production bigwigs were worried about her performance and afraid she was going to forget the lyrics.

“The Hills” Brody Jenner had to have his appendix removed on this 26th birthday!  Read more on Brody Jenner’s birthday surgery below.

Brody’s rep stated, “Brody Jenner unfortunately spent the morning of his 26th birthday having his appendix removed.”

The son of Olympian athlete Bruce Jenner and songwriter Linda Thompson is doing well after his surgery says the rep. “He is resting with family and friends and expected to have a speedy recovery.”

Jenner reportedly checked into the hospital around 3 a.m. Friday morning with a ruptured appendix and was in surgery by 7 a.m.

Jenner wrote on his Twitter page:

“Spending my bday in the hospital… This sucks,” on the night of August 20, followed by “Thank you all for the kind words… Got my lady with me so I will be ok.. She is taking good care of me love her.” Early the next morning, he wrote, “@jayde_Nicole and I sitting around at the hospital waiting for me to go under the knife great birthday!”

Jenner later added:

“My lady and I chilling post op… she is the best nurse ever!! It’s been a long 2 days. Nap time http://yfrog.com/10lqyij” he wrote yesterday. And earlier today, he tweeted “Still in the hospital.. Hope I get out today!!! ”

Heidi Montag has claimed she held onto her morals and values an did not posed completely nude. But other sources have reported she posed completely naked.

Damn! That didn’t last long! Brody Jenner broke up with his Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole. Supposedly Jayde Nicole is partying too much and Brody has tired of it. Read more on their split below.

Brody reportedly  dumped Jayde Nicole over the weekend after she passed out at the club My House Hollywood on Friday night and he had to carry her out.

“Jayde parties way too much and Brody couldn’t deal with it any longer,” a source tells Star.

Brody’s ex, Lauren Conrad is already trying to set Brody up with someone new: “Lauren was happy with the split because she never liked Jayde and told Brody she will find him a new girlfriend.”

Brody and Jayde were first seen together at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. Just last month they cohosted a Valentine’s Day party in Hollywood.

Heidi Montag recently spoke to Ryan Seacrest about a wedding possibly being the inspiration for her next single. Heidi Montag stated, “I’m waiting for the ring to make that song.”

Heidi Montag is apparently planning on sticking with “The Hills” show stating, “I think that maybe Lauren is tired of [being on the show], but we’re just beginning,” she told Seacrest. “We’re not even remotely sick of it.”

In the new video, Heidi Montag, 21, looks like an dance instructor from the 1980’s, complete with headband and legwarmers.

The pop song, released last week, “is about when you fall in love with someone,” she recently told Ryan Seacrest “[About] how I feel about Spencer and my relationship.”

“The Hills” actors and actresses get paid a pretty penny for just living their lives totally unscripted but filmed eh? Well, we all know the show is fake as hell but still has lots of drama that keeps us coming back for more!

Audrina Partridge receives $35,000 per episode

Lauren Conrad is making a killing, wonder if the other cast members realize she is being paid so much more? Well, guess they will now!
