Britney Spears’ house in Beverly Hills is the center of focus now. Britney had refused to handover her boys, Sean and Jayden, to her ex-husband’s (Kevin Federline) bodyguards when they came to fetch the boys. This was in accordance to the court order because Britney’s time with her sons was up at 7 pm. LAPD were summoned to help deal with the family confrontation on the custody dispute.

Many police cars have lined the road. So have fire trucks, and 1 ambulances.There was even a helicopter hovering overhead. It seemed as though a major manmade disaster was anticipated.

Arena, a UK magazine for men, had compiled a list of witless male celebrities who were undeserving of their celebrity status. The magazine held a poll and organized the readers’ results.

This is their list of Witless Male Celebrities:

- 1. Blake Fielder-Civil. He was criticized for not helping his wife, Amy Winehouse, to fight her drug problem.

- 2. Banksy. This graffiti artist was criticized for wasting tax payers’ money to clean up graffiti. His artwork was criticized as being childish. Readers said that his work was not social commentary.

- 3. Frank Lampard. This footballer was disliked for his poor performance in the Euro 2008 qualifiers.

- 4. Mika. Readers hated his singing.

2nd Sex Tape Scandal in 2008.

Vivica Fox was filmed in a sex tape. She was drunk when she was giving a man oral sex. He recorded the action on his cell phone. The man was a local resident of Atlanta but his name was not released. He emailed and spammed the tape to his friends. Someone then emailed it back to Vivica.

Vivica sent the sex tape to her friend who worked in the Atlanta Police Department. The gossips are waiting to get their hands on the sex tape or its link.

This was the initial news/gossip/rumor. The legal system would be working on the case. It was assumed that the incidents happened as reported by the source.

Kumari Fulbright, who was crowned Miss Pima County (2005) and Miss Desert (2006), was also a University of Arizona law student and law clerk working for U.S. District Court Judge Raner Collins. She was indicted on 5 felony charges on Dec. 18. The accused crimes were armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two charges of aggravated assault with a gun.

Kumari Fulbright and 3 men tied up a man, aged 24, when they used plastic cable ties and duct tape on him on Dec. 8. They kidnapped him and held him against his will at 2 places in North Side and Midtown. The 4 suspects threatened the victim’s life, intimidated him with their pistols and robbed him of his wallet, cell phone, briefcase, and about $600.

Sir Winston Churchill’s great-grandson, Nicholas Jake Barton, 34, was sentenced to 20 months jail in Australia. He was implicated in a drug factory scandal. He rented out his property in Australia to Rees Woodgate and a police raid found equipment for making ecstasy, the ingredients and 10 kg of ecstasy tablets on the premises.

Nicholas Barton claimed ignorance at the offence. He said that he discovered what Rees was doing but took no action. The judge, Colin Charteris, said that Nicholas played a limited role in the drug making operation and passed the barest minimum sentence of 20 months on him. Judge Charteris said that he did not consider the lineage of Nicholas when he gave the sentence.

David Blaine, in 2003, when he stayed in a box suspended in the air near London’s Tower Bridge. He went without food for 44 days.

David Blaine said that he would be challenging himself again in May, 2008. He revealed his wish to stay awake for the longest period of time possible by standing upright and fighting sleep. There has been a list of alleged record holders who claimed they had withstood long periods of time sleepless.

The list included:

1. Toimi Soini (from Finland). He stayed awake for 276 hours.
2. Randy Gardner, 17, (from America), was awake for 264 hours.
3. Tony Wright, 43, (from U.K.), was sleepless for 264 hours and 15 minutes.

Charlotte Church’s boyfriend, Gavin Henson, has been questioned by police over disorderly conduct in a train. Gavin and his friends were drunk. They shouted verbal abuse, spat and even urinated in the train carriage. They poured beer over one another, swore loudly and were too drunk to stand. They played card games, engaged in punching forfeits from Gavin and spat at the passengers when they complained.

One eye witness said that one of Gavin’s friends worshipped him as he did not mind getting punched in the face. The lady said that she warned Gavin about the behaviors. Gavin tried but failed to get his group to calm down. Some of the female passengers were so disturbed that they cried during the 1 hour 45 minutes journey until the train reached the next stop. Four men have been questioned by the British over this incident.

Amy Winehouse’s photo in bra and jeans has emerged. She was caught on film as she wandered around in the street on Dec. 2, 5.45 am. She was staying at her friend’s house. When she appeared outside, she looked disorientated, bleary eyed and very upset. Eye witnesses said that Amy seemed lost as she wandered around. She acted as though she was waiting for someone but no one came to her. She eventually returned inside the house.

Amy’s camp has been hopeful that she would enter rehab and seek help for her problems. However, Amy has been avoiding this issue. This is the latest in the long series of bizarre behaviors.
