There were many videos on YouTube with suggestive titles like “Shakira Having Sex”, “Shakira Stolen Tape”, etc. These were the works by pranksters. When you view these tapes, they contain everything but sex. Shakira was filmed relaxing and talking in a foreign language and we have no idea what went down, unless you could understand the dialogue or monologue.
Serena Williams, 26, broke her long self-imposed silence on her love life and blogged about it. She wrote a long entry of 600 words to describe her heartache at being jilted by her boyfriend. She did not name the man but it was suspected that he could be Jackie Long, an actor and hip-hop artist based in the U.S. Previously, Serena’s boyfriend was thought to be another rapper, named as Common.
Serena wrote about how she had mended after being rejected and just when she was opening her heart to another man’s love, she was disappointed and jilted again. Serena ended her writing on a positive note. She said that she knew she would try again in her search for love.

Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll has donated $45 million to charity. She announced this at Friday’s Clinton Global Initiative meeting. This money comes from her foundation, named “Latin America in Solidarity Action”. $40 million goes into the purse strings of Nicaragua and Peru for the relief of natural disasters and their victims. $5 million is allocated to education for children in Latin America. These are in addition to the yearly sum of around $55 000 which she gladly donates to charity.
