Pamela Anderson reportedly owns over $1.2 million to creditors which includes the construction companies she didn’t pay after they remodeled her five-bedroom Malibu Colony home!  Read more on Pam’s financial woes below.

The former Baywatch babe is having major financial issues.

“A lot of people are owed a lot of money,” Jay Bruder, boss of Bruder Construction, told Star magazine. And none more than him! In June, he filed a $674,043 lien against Pam for the cost of “labor and materials and subcontractors to remodel main house, construct foundations for guest house.”

Pam also owes $252,360 to California’s Franchise Tax Board in unpaid income tax from 2007.

Jim Brown, the president of Mini-Haulers, which hauled off the construction debris from Pamela’s house, said that Pam’s failure to pay his $1,975 bill has affected his family. “Putting food on the table isn’t easy in this economy. When someone doesn’t pay their bills, it’s that much harder!”

Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson’s off-on relationship seems to be back on yet again. The couple appeared to be all over each other over the weekend. Read more on this story and see photos of Pam and Tommy together below.

The former husband and wife were spotted together after Tommy Lee and Mötley Crüe performed at The Joint.  The couple certainly didn’t shy away from cameras as they hung out at Body English.

Tommy Lee, 46, and Pam Anderson, 42, have a long history with their volatile relationship.

“We’ve only given it a try 800 times – 801, here we go,” Lee told People magazine in June of last year, as he revealed they were giving things yet another try.

“It’s awesome. It’s definitely working,” he said, even saying Pam and their two sons had moved back in with him.

But the rocky couple were said to go their separate ways again.

The couple has been off and on since 1995.  They married on a beach in Cancun, had two sons together, then divorced three years later.

Pam not only filed for divorce in 1998, she also filed assault charges against Tommy for kicking her while she was holding their son, Dylan.  Lee pleaded no contest, and served four months in jail.

After many failed relationships for Tommy Lee and Pam with other people, maybe the two will actually stay together this time around. Besides the couple shares two children… and most likely the same sexually-transmitted diseases.

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s sex tape from their honeymoon was one of the best-selling nasty tapes out there. Personally, Tommy Lee was the most “impressive” on that sex video.

On the “Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Pam Anderson explained that her sons wanted to watch the movie “Borat”, but Pamela had to explain to them about her and Tommy’s sex video, knowing it was a big feature in “Borat”.

Can you just imagine what Pam’s boys were probably thinking? Possibly thinking…. wow! Our Mom is a total skanky whore perhaps?

Pamela Anderson said her sons wanted to see “Borat” really badly so she tried to explain the sex tape to them. “I explained to them… ‘Mom and daddy run around naked all the time and we taped some things… and someone stole the tape.’

Well at least in that best-selling sex tape, Pamela was having sex with her husband, Tommy Lee. But imagine her explaining this new sex tape with someone she barely knows. Awkward!

A website out of Germany, says that Pamela Anderson made a sex tape while in Europe, in March of this year. Pamela was in Hans Klok’s “magic show”, and was “having fun” or actually sex, with some dude who was in charge of the set building for the performance.

Pamela Anderson has been busy filming her new show “Pam:Girl on the Loose”, and keeping very quiet on the new man in her life. But why so secretive Pam?

E! Online is reporting that Pamela has only told a few friends the guy’s name, and has a nickname for him, calling him Milk-Sheik, or Milk.

Sources state Pamela and her new guy were hanging out at the Abbey, a gay bar in West Hollywood. “He’s very handsome,”said E!’s source.

Anderson visited Abu Dhabi in June for the Make a Wish Foundation, and met her new guy at that time. And Pamela has spoke of joining the royal family to build a hotel that is “ecofriendly” in the area.

Pamela’s ex, Tommy Lee, has moved on to a new love as well! Tommy Lee is said to be dating “Rock of Love 2″ contestant, Daisy DeLaHoya. Of course their reps deny this but they always do!  Daisy De La Hoya was seen with Dave Navarro several months ago.

Back in June, Tommy Lee gave an interview to Rolling Stone saying, “Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It’s awesome, man. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces – they’re happy when we’re together. We’ve only given it a try 800 times – 801, here we go.”

Too bad Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson can’t make things work out, they make a cute couple. And not to mention they have their two sons together, Brandon and Dillon. Guess it’s not meant to be!

It is somewhat hard to imagine Pamela Anderson as part of the royal family, but who knows?

Pamela Anderson in Australia’s “The Kyle and Jackie O Show” on Wednesday, July 9.

Pamela Anderson will enter Australia’s Big Brother house for a 2 hour visit in a special episode of the show. This will probably take place on Thursday.

This episode will be titled, “Pamela Anderson’s Tricks of the Trade”, and she will teach the housemates some tricks for the craft.

Rory Callaghan, a producer, said that he wanted to see how a big celebrity would give the extra value to the house. He thought that the unscripted appearance would be very interesting.

Pamela Anderson has promised not to strip for Big Brother. She refused to reveal her salary for this guest appearance but let on that she was paid more than what she expected.

In other news, Anderson was said to be planning to protest against KFC. KFC is one of the biggest sponsors for Big Brother. That might create problems and controversy for her.
