Joe Jackson is still fighting his late son’s estate executors after a Los Angeles judge approved the administrators in Michael Jackson’s 2002 will.

Michael Jackson died in June and left his estate in the hands of John Branca and John McClain. But Jackson’s family members wondered if the will was valid because they said Michael was in New York when the will was said to have been signed in California.

Joe Jackson tried to have Branca and McClain disqualified and said the men hid an error in the will from the courts. But the judge signed off on the papers on Thursday.

Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, publicly disputed Joe’s opposition saying she had no issues with the executors of  her son’s estate.  Katherine’s lawyer, Adam Streisand, appeared in court on Tuesday and argued that Joe has no legal standing to object to the validity of the will or to the estate executors, because he was excluded from the list of beneficiaries.

But apparently the judges ruling wasn’t good enough for money-hungry Joe Jackson and he has challenged the decision claiming that Michael’s name was forged on the will.

At this time, the Michael Jackson autopsy photo leak appears to just be a rumor. But for those the Daily Beast spoke with that have seen the actual photos had this to say:

It features only Jackson’s head and shows his shaved skull and wide open eyes. His eyebrows are tattooed and skin is ashen in color. His lips are flat, wide and without lipstick. A scar on his left cheek is visible because concealing makeup had been cleaned from his face. Jackson is lying on his back on a metal autopsy table.

Back on June 28th, we (and everyone else) posted a similar report about the condition of Jackson’s body, albeit with less focus on the singer’s face:

According to the leaked document Michael was literally skin and bones having barely eaten and the contents of his stomach showing only pills, although they don’t say what kind. His hips, shoulders and thighs supposedly were riddled with needle wounds which is believed to be a result of daily injections of narcotic painkillers.

Further details in the report supposedly point to a wig wearing anorexic body weighing about 112 pound. Additionally the body had several broken ribs from the rescuers attempts to resuscitate him. There is also suggestions that four injection sites were found above or near to his heart.

The Associated Press claimed to have obtained access to a copy of Jackson’s autopsy last week. “When I asked them if I could see what they had,” Winter told me, “they couldn’t produce anything.”

There are undoubtedly photos that were taken of Michael Jackson’s body during the autopsy and as to whether they can remain under lock and key will remain to be seen.

Legal documents have been released today regarding the allowance that Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, and Michael Jackson’s children will be receiving while his estate is probated. Read more on the Jackson children’s huge allowances below.

The documents show that the Estate assets “consist of real and personal property exceeding $500 million.”

Although the amounts could change, his mother and children will receive an allowance each month until the estate is probated. This could take a couple of years.

The family allowance for Michael’s children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, is $60,000 per month and his mother Katherine Jackson is going to receive $26,804 a month.

The jeweled white glove Michael Jackson threw to an Australian fan over ten years ago sold at auction on Sunday for $48,400. Read more on this story below.

Warwick Stone, a buyer for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, beat out five other bidders for the late King of Pop’s glove, said Charlotte Stanes, spokeswoman for the Melbourne auction house Bonhams and Goodman.

“We are very happy with the result,” Stanes said. “It’s the first glove we know about in Australia.”

This was the first auction of a Michael Jackson glove since his death on June 25 this year at age 50.

Jackson visited Australia in 1996 as part of his HIStory world tour. While Jackson was in Australia, he attended a premiere for the film “Ghosts,” in which he had a starring role. After the screening, Jackson tossed the glove at audience member Bill Hibble, who has since died, said national head of collectables Giles Moon.

Christian Audigier, the French fashion designer close to Michael Jackson, plans to purchase his last home (the home Jackson died in), and expects to have the keys within two weeks.

Audigier said he had been unable to receive permission to turn the home in a museum like he hoped, but instead would open it every June on the anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death.

“I can have the house in one month now,” Audigier, who said he is worth 250 million dollars, told AFP in an interview. “I get the keys two weeks from today.”

The Holmby Hills mansion, believed worth over 30 million dollars, currently belongs to Audigier’s associate and the boss of his fashion company Hubert Guez.

Jackson had been “in great shape” in the weeks before his death, Audgier stated.

“He was very skinny but he was a dancer too,” he said. “He was very involved with the London concert. What happened was very sad.

“The guy was very happy to come back on stage.”

Audigier, who was in Paris the day of Jackson’s funeral, regrets having to miss the burial.

“I miss him,” he said. “God bless him.”

Michael Jackson was finally buried two months after his death. Jackson’s funeral was attended by the Jackson family and many celebrity guests. Read more and see video of Jackson’s burial service below.

Michael Jackson’s burial service was held Thursday night at a highly guarded mausoleum in a Los Angeles suburb.

Family and guests arrived for Jackson’s burial in a private mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California.

There were around 200 people in attendance for Michael’s funeral and burial service which included Elizabeth Taylor, Lisa Marie Presley, Macaulay Culkin, Quincy Jones and many others.

After the service, the family released a statement, saying, “Michael Jackson reached his final resting place tonight at 9:43 pm PST in The GreatMausoleum at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park.”

“The pallbearers were Michael’s five brothers: Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy Jackson,” the statement continued. “At the beginning of the ceremony, Michael’s children placed a crown on their father’s coffin to signify the final resting place of the King of Pop.”

Gladys Knight sang the gospel hymn “His Eye Is on the Sparrow,” the statement said, and songwriter Clifton Davis sang “Never Can Say Goodbye,” the hit he wrote for the Jackson 5.

The investigation into Mr. Jackson’s death continues. The coroner has ruled that he died from a mix of the anesthetic propofol and another sedative, and the focus seems to be still on Dr. Conrad Murray.

Could “Home Alone” actor Macaulay Culkin be the mysterious father of Michael Jackson’s child “Blanket”  That is just what sources are reporting. Read more on this story below.

The late Michael Jackson and Macaulay Culkin have been friends since Culkin was a child. And now it’s being reported that Macaulay donated his sperm to an unidentified surrogate mother, who gave birth to Prince Michael II “Blanket”.

“It is well known Jackson and Macaulay shared a unique bond,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.

“Now rumors are spreading like wildfire that Macaulay, who Jackson nicknamed Mack, is actually Blanket’s biological dad,” the source added.

Friends of Michael Jackson’s have revealed he is not the biological father of any of his three kids: Prince Michael II, Michael, 12, and 11-year-old Paris.

“This isn’t just chitter-chatter, even Culkin suspects he’s Blanket’s father,” the source said.

“So many names have been mentioned as prospective dads, and this is probably the wackiest yet.

“But Jackson and Culkin were best friends. He was one of the few people Jackson really trusted and Mack never let him down.

“Really, Jackson idolized him – that’s why he asked Mack to donate sperm.

“Deep down, I think he always wished Mack was his son. Creating Blanket was the next best thing,” the source added.

But… we may never find out the truth because friends of Culkin’s say he will not go public with issue.

The Los Angeles County Coroner has ruled pop star Michael Jackson’s death a homicide. Read more the coroner’s findings below.

The LA Coroner says that Michael Jackson was killed by a cocktail of strong prescription drugs,.

In an announcement made on Friday (28Aug09), Jackson’s death was ruled a homicide and blamed on the “acute” presence of the anaesthetic Propofol and anti-anxiety drug Lorazepam in his system.

In addition to the Propofol and Lorazepam, Jackson also had  (Versed), Diazepam (Valium), Lidocaine (topical anaesthetic) and Ephedrine in his system prior to his death on 25 June (09).

Jackson’s full autopsy report has not yet been released.

This sensational ruling will apparently begin a murder investigation, with the main focus on Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray.

The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide, which makes it much more likely that Dr. Conrad Murray will be charged with Jackson’s death. Read more on this story below.

The toxicology reports reveal that Michael Jackson, 50, was killed by being administered lethal levels of the powerful anaesthetic Propofol.

Jason went into cardiac arrest and died on June 25,at his Los Angeles home.

Investigators probing the cause of Jackson’s death have focused on prescription drugs and the doctors that treated Michael, especially Dr. Conrad Murray.

According to the LA chief medical examiner, Dr. Murray told LAPD detectives he had treated Michael Jackson’s insomnia for about six weeks. Dr. Murray had been treating Jackson by giving him 50 milligrams of propofol every night through an IV.

But Murray told detectives he worried Jackson was becoming addicted to the medication and lowered his  dosage to 25 milligrams and mixed it with two other sedatives, lorazepam and midazolam.

Two days before Michael Jackson died, Murray gave him those two medications and not the propofol. The sworn affadavit states that on the morning Jackson died, Dr. Conrad Murray was trying to help him sleep without using propofol.

He told detectives that when that didn’t work he injected anti-anxiety drug lorazepam intravenously at 2am, the affidavit says.

Jackson was still awake an hour later, so Murray administered the sedative midazolam, according to the affidavit.

The court records show that Dr. Murray gave Jackson various drugs over the next few hours, before finally giving him 25 milligrams of propofol after the Jackson repeatedly asked for the drug.

Even though Murray told police he gave Jackson propofol, they found no evidence he had bought, ordered or obtained the medication under his medical license or DEA tracking number.

The report says detectives saw about eight bottles of propofol in Jackson’s rented mansion, along with other vials and pills prescribed to Jackson by Murray and two other doctors, including Dr Arnold Klein.

Other drugs discovered in the police search included Valium, Tamsulosin, Lorazepam, Temazepam, Clonazepam, Trazodone and Tizanidine.

Today the following statement was released following toxicology tests carried out on the late singer.

A search warrant affidavit for Dr Conrad Murray in California states: “The Los Angeles Chief Medical Examiner-Coroner, Dr Sathyavagiswaran, indicated that he had reviewed the preliminary toxicology results and his preliminary assessment of Jackson’s cause of death was due to lethal levels of propofol (diprivan).”
