Actor Mel Gibon and Oksana’s baby girl was due in December but arrived early on Friday.

The couple went out publicly for the first time in April of 2009, just weeks after Mel Gibon’s wife of 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. Robyn Gibson and Mel Gibson have seven children together – six sons and one daughter.

Oksana Grigorieva, 39, has a son, Alexander, with her previous boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.

Although actor Mel Gibson’s drunken-driving and anti-semitic rant may not be forgotten, but a judge agreed to “expunge” or erase the DUI incident from Gibson’s record. Read more on this story below.

Mel Gibson completed his three years of probation last month with no violations so the judge agreed to sign Gibson’s request to expunge the DUI.

Gibson, 53, was pulled for suspicion of drunken driving back in July 2006 and verbally abused the arresting officer.

“F—— Jews,” Gibson said while being arrested. “The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world.”

He then threatened the LA County Sheriff’s Deputy James Mee and asked, “Are you a Jew?” And yes, Mee is Jewish!

The Oscar-winning actor failed both his breath tests and field sobriety tests so was taken into custody.

Even while at the police station Gibson continued running his mouth.

“What do you think you’re looking at, sugar t–s?” he said to a female sergeant. We have to admit that one is pretty amusing though!

Mel received probation, fines and an order to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, because he was a first time offender.

“I acted like a person completely out of control when I was arrested, and said things that I do not believe to be true and which are despicable,” Gibson later said in a statement. “I have battled the disease of alcoholism for all of my adult life and profoundly regret my horrific relapse.”

These days Mel Gibson has left his wife Robin and children to begin a new life with his pregnant girlfriend Oksana.

Mel Gibson was on Jay Leno’s “Ten at Ten”, where celebrities are asked ten questions. See the video below to hear Mel’s strange answers.

Jay Leno avoided anything too serious but asked questions such as, “Where do you keep your Oscar?” Mel Gibson muttered something like “I hide them in the couch, so people will by accident find out how brilliant I once was”.  So is Mel Gibson just drunk or is this dude really crazy?

Mel Gibson revealed that he would swap his brain if he were able to change any of his body parts. The Mad Max star appeared on The Jay Leno Show in the presenter’s Ten At Ten segment – where he asks celebrities 10 questions that they must answer “under oath”.

Gibson said: “I think I’d change my brain. “Maybe get it frozen like Walt Disney, cryogenised.” He joked: “You know what Walt Disney would be doing if he was alive today?” He then pretended to shiver. Leno joked: “I think your brain has already been removed.”

As if to prove the point, an animated Gibson gave a series of answers that left the audience slightly confused. In answer to the body-part question, he said: “I’ve already had my tail removed. It kept wagging when I got happy. It was embarrassing.”

Leno also asked him to name his favorite meal. Gibson, 53, said: “You can’t beat steak with spinach and French fries. I have to hear the chef screaming from the kitchen.” Leno said: “I don’t even know what that means.”

The Lethal Weapon star also joked that he took his Oscars to Hollywood studio meetings and stashed them away, so that execs could stumble upon them. He said: “I hide them in the couch, so people will by accident find out how brilliant I once was.”

The actor was also asked if he could sing the Australian national anthem, before he invited the audience to sing Waltzing Matilda instead. But they didn’t know the words, so the show cut to a commercial break.

And he said the TV show he would most like to appear on is designer talent contest Project Runway – which he called Runway Project – because he might get to “rub shoulders with some really interesting people, and maybe some other body parts, too”.

Mel Gibson is wanting his pregnant girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, to take a paternity test to make certain he is the father of the baby. Read more on this story below.

Friends and family of Gibson’s have prompted him to make certain the baby is a true heir to his fortune.

“Mel loves Oksana, but he’s a businessman, too. He really had no choice but to ask for a DNA test,” a source close to Gibson, 53, stated.

“Some of Mel’s closest friends in his church convinced him that it’s the practical thing to do. There’s just too much at stake,” the insider said.

From the Chicago Sun Times:

Gibson had agreed to both pay Grigorieva $10 million once the child is born later this year, pay her $40,000 in month child support until the child is 18, and pay for all educational expenses through college. Additionally, the source — a longtime associate of Gibson’s — said there also was a preliminary agreement on a prenuptial agreement between the couple, should they marry.

After checking with the sole legal representative for Gibson, the entertainer’s publicist also stressed there was no agreement of any kind along these lines.

Robyn Gibson, Mel’s wife of 27-years and the mother of his other seven children, has filed for divorce. Given the length of the couple’s marriage and California community property laws, it is expected she could eventually be paid as much as half of Gibson’s estimated $750 million fortune in a settlement.

Oksana Grigorieva has a child with former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton. There seems to be a pattern here…   What do you guys think?

Actor Mel Gibson reportedly went apesh*t at his church on Sunday, angry at church members spreading rumors about him and his pregnant girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva. Read more below.

Mel Gibson allegedly also threatened to shut the church down if the gossip didn’t stop!

The source said, “[His] holier than thou world is falling apart around him — all these years he’s been preaching the good holy word, and now that the wizard’s curtain has been pulled back, we find that Mel hasn’t been practicing what he preaches.”

“He paced back and forth, furiously telling the congregation that he would not stand by and be judged and scrutinized,” the source added.

“Mel got up on his stage — the altar — and went off. He tried to intimidate the parishioners by staring at everyone with his angry eyes. Mel even threatened to shut down the church if people kept gossiping about him.

“The bottom line is that if Mel hadn’t cheated on his wife and gotten his Russian girlfriend pregnant, there wouldn’t be much to gossip about — he created this mess, and now he’s trying to control it.

“He’s definitely feeling the heat for it.”

The actor joked with Tonight Show’s Jay Leno that he is Octo-Mel, now expecting his eighth child. Mel Gibson has seven children with estranged wife, Robyn Gibson.

“I guess I’m ‘Octo-Mel,’ ” quipped Gibson, 58.

Rumors have been swirling that Gibson’s girlfriend was pregnant, but apparently they were true. Oksana Grigorieva, 39, also had a son with actor Timothy Dalton.

Mel Gibson’s estranged wife, Robyn, filed for divorce in April after 28 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. But Mel Gibson’s counter petition said they had been separated since August 2006,which would have been shortly after Mel’s DUI.

“My wife and I, our marriage ended three years ago and we’ve been separated ever since then,” Gibson told Leno. “These things happen. It’s unfortunate, it’s sad, but you know she is an admirable woman—we still got kids together, we’re friends.

“Look, when it’s all said and done, I did a pretty good hatchet job on my marriage myself. I’m to blame. If you’re inclined to judge, put it here.”

Mel Gibson stepped out in public for the first time with girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva less than three weeks after his wife, Robyn Gibson, filed for divorce. Read more and see photos of the couple below.

Gibson and Grigorieva held hands and quickly rushed by photographers at the L.A. screening of X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Oksana is a Russian singer and is signed to Mel’s label, Icon Records. She was hired to compose a song for the upcoming movie “Edge of Darkness” starring Mel.

Gibson is in the middle of what is expected to become one of the world’s most expensive divorces, estimated to lose at least $500 Million.

Gibson’s estranged wife, Robyn, cited “irreconcilable differences” when she filed for divorce earlier this month in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The couple said they separated in 2006.

Access Hollywood reported Gibson has been with Grigorieva for three years, and there are rumors Oksana is pregnant with Mel’s child.

Last week the devoutly religious actor surprised members of the Eastern Catholic Church Bishops Conference in St Louis when he asked the bishops to “keep me in your prayers, I’m going through a bad time in my life”.

The Sun is reporting that the pregnancy of  Mel Gibson’s Russian lover, Oksana Grigorieva, seems to be the reason behind his wife’s divorce plea. Read more on Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva below.

According to reports by The Sun online, Robyn Gibson made the decision to end her 28 year marriage to Mel Gibson after finding out that his lover Oksana Grigorieva is pregnant.

Robyn Gibson filed for divorce on April 13, stating she and Gibson had secretly separated since August 2006. This is weeks after Mel Gibson’s arrest for DUI.

Robyn, 53, was reportedly “horrified” to find out that Mel had put up his girlfriend, Oksana, 39, and her 11-year-old son (fathered by actor Timothy Dalton) to one of his mansions in California.

“Robyn put up with Mel for years but when she found out Oksana was telling friends she was expecting, it was the last straw,” the report stated.

“Robyn wants a ‘quickie´ divorce, one that isn’t contested, with their assets divided later,” the source said.

Mel Gibson will pay dearly during his divorce, standing to lose much of his fortune.

Oksana Grigorieva was recently spotted outside of Mel Gibson’s home talking on her cell phone with what appeared to be a baby bump under her pink blouse.

Russian pop singer, Oksana Pochepa, has stated she does have a relationship with Gibson ad they have fallen in love.

In a new interview in Britain’s The Sun, Oksana Pochepa also confirmed she is the mystery brunette photographed kissing Gibon on the beach in March.

“This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting,” she told The Sun on Tuesday.

Oksana and Mel Gibson were said to have met last August when Pochepa was hired to compose a song for Gibson’s upcoming thriller Edge of Darkness.

Pochepa and Gibson would spend entire days alone together in his trailer, trying to be discreet about their relationship.

“They would come out and attempt to walk around separately, but then at the end of the day, they both returned to the same hotel,” the on-set source tells Us. “She was there on and off for a week, but it was clear she had no business there other than to be with Mel.”

Then Oksana and Mel met up in January in Mexico City, where Mel Gibson directed a music video for Pochepa.

“Mel’s team brought all of their own people,” Alejandro Alvarez of Estudios Churubusco said.

Some sources say that those “irreconcilable differences” include Mel Gibson cheating and vacationing with another woman.

According to RadarOnline.com, the “Braveheart” star was recently spotted at his Costa Rica vacation home with a stunning Russian musician named Oksana.

On March 4, Radar caught the two in a loving embrace on the beach. According to the report, several of his sons and their girlfriends were also on the trip.
