2. Michelle Ryan had impressed the judges and made it for this list. She was originally from the U.K. but managed to speak a fake American accent for her role in “The Bionic Woman. “ Her hot, distant beauty look melted hearts to vote for her.

Megan Fox was out for the night when she was greeted by an army of photographers. Someone gave her a paper to autograph. That was a common tactic to delay any celebrity so that there would be more time to snap more pictures. Megan’s low cut dress spilled her assets out and there was a slip.
