The list of highest earners from the young celebrities set was originally compiled by Forbes. The entire list had about 20 names but we have written on the top 13 earners. This list is valid for 2007.

1. LeBron James (pictured) is predicted to become NBA’s highest paid player. He had a $60 million contract with NBA. He also had Nike and Coca-Cola endorsements which were worth more than $40 million.
2. Reggie Bush had $24 million this year from his payroll.
3. Maria Sharapova earned $23 million from tennis and product endorsements.
4. Michelle Wie, the golfer, amassed a total of $19 million.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are selling their New York apartment for a $4.7 million profit. The 21-year-old Olsen twins have never even lived in the 12 room Greenwich Village property but have now put it on the market for $12 million. The millionaire starlets have been renting out the spectacular condo for $35,000 a month since they first purchased it in 1994 for $7.3 million. The twins bought the 6,000-square-foot penthouse before moving from Los Angeles to the Big Apple. Prior to moving in, they planned extensive renovations on the new apartment.

Real estate agent Charlotte Van Doren said: “The apartment has been rented, and has been continually rented since they first bought it.” The apartment’s main feature is a 53ft-long entertainment space with a glass-enclosed fireplace in the center. The condo also boasts views of the Hudson River from the living/dining room, the master bedroom, the master dressing room and the two other bedrooms. It has two separate 100sq ft walk-in closets too.

The twins’s representative, Michael Pagnotta tells “People” magazine, “It turned out to be too much space, along with the fact that the renovation was going to take far longer than anyone expected. It just didn’t make sense anymore. Their needs changed in terms of their living situations. The school year is coming to the end and they might not be around to supervise the renovations and it just didn’t make sense.”

Mary-Kate and Ashley - who in 2005 were estimated to have a combined net worth of $300 million - have a lucrative brand including their own fashion and accessories range, their own film series and successful acting and modelling careers. Last week, Mary-Kate was admitted to a hospital with a “kidney infection”. She has since recovered and has been spotted dining out and shopping with Ashley in New York.

In January 2005, the twin moguls decided to spend their second semester in their own individual digs. Mary-Kate moved out of the pair’s three-bedroom Tribeca apartment and into a spacious loft in Soho. Ashley remained in Tribeca.

Actress Mary-Kate Olsen is recovering in a New York hospital after undergoing emergency surgery for a kidney infection. Olsen’s representative, Nicole Caruso, says the star is “resting comfortably and will be released in the next day or so.” The former child star and fashion line creator recently said she was in good health following her 2004 stay at Utah’s Cirque Lodge to treat an eating disorder.

Olsen rose to fame on TV’s “Full House” in a shared role with her twin sister, Ashley. She recently starred on Showtime’s “Weeds.” She co-stars with Ben Kingsley in “The Wackness,” slated for release next year.

On Tuesday, Ashley talked about “Elizabeth and James” to WomenWear Daily. The good wage earner will find the prices affordable at $90 for a T Shirt and $375 for a jacket. A dress costs a cool $450 per piece. Guess the tag for a cashmere coat - $995. Cashmere is just the right antidote to nurse the shivers.

Last but not least, only the high end specialty shops like Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Intermix can afford to sell the Olsens’ affordable fashion brand.

Mary-Kate Olsen, who has own clothing brand with twin sister Ashley, is known for her love of fashion, but has confessed she prefers not to wear anything at all - except accessories. She said, “I run around my house naked with heels all the time. It’s so funny. All my friends will tell you I love running around in kimonos and jewelry or naked with jewelry.”

The 21-year-old actress, who has just been cast in the new series of hit show Weeds also told a source that she often pretends to be her twin sister Ashley. Mary-Kate says, “Sometimes, if I’m out I’ll say I’m Ashley or if I’m making reservations for a restaurant I’ll use my sister’s name - actually most of the time.”

Mary-Kate hasn’t yet released a comment about her reported split from boyfriend, Max Snow. Snow is an aspiring rocker. The young couples’ busy lifestyles allegedly was the reason for the break-up.
