Britney’s former manager Sam Lutfi is reportedly suing Britney Spears and her parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears!  Read more on Sam Lufti’s lawsuit against the Spears family below.

Sam Lufti is suing Britney Spears and Jamie and Lynne Spears for defamation and breach of contract according to Los Angeles court documents.

In the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, Sam Lutfi is also claiming libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

“Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life,” the papers read. “This campaign also provided Jamie with the opportunity he needed to obtain an appointment as Britney’s conservator.”

Additionally, the lawsuit alleges: “Despite seemingly accomplishing their objectives, Jamie and Lynne have nevertheless continued their smear campaign against Lutfi. Thus, having no other alternative, Lutfi brings this action to defend himself against Jamie’s and Lynne’s persistent attacks.”

Interesting Lufti is now filing the lawsuit after Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, just obtained a new restraining order against Sam Lufti this past Friday.

Britney’s father obtained a new restraining order against Lutfi, accusing him of harassing the Spears family.

Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who oversee the singer’s affairs as co-conservators, alleged that Lufti and two other men “are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears’s health and well being.”

But so why is Lufti also suing Lynne Spears?

Sam Lufti says his reputation was damaged by Lynne Spears’s book, Through the Storm, in which she makes allegations about Lutfi’s control over her daughter. He calls the allegations “lies and fabrication.”

“Since the publication of the book, Lutfi has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and scorn,” and has received “numerous death threats from overzealous fans,” the lawsuit reads, adding that Lutfi can “no longer find work as a counselor of at-risk teens.”

Sam Lutfi also said that in January 2008, Jamie Spears burst into the singer’s home and “punched [Lutfi] in the chest,” which caused “injury to his nervous system and person.” He said Britney’s father was “screaming that … Lutfi had made a rude comment to Lynne the night before.”

Finally, Lutfi claims he and Britney had an oral agreement that he would be compensated 15 percent of her earnings as her manager. Lutfi alleges that the agreement was confirmed in a text message on Oct. 13, 2007 in which the singer wrote: “sam, so thats fine, i want you to be my manager, you were right its 15 percent of my money but for 4 years not 5.” Lutfi claims that he hasn’t received any payment for his alleged services.

Lutfi’s attorney, Bryan J. Freedman said in a statement Tuesday that there is “overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses” proving his client’s case and that “at the time of the trial in this action, the jury will have an opportunity to weigh the credibility of the witnesses.”

But why did Sam Lufti file this lawsuit now?  Is he just trying to get back at the Spears family?

Star magazine is reporting that new mom, Jamie Lynn Spears had just completed her Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 when she found herself gaining lots of weight quickly. Not realizing she was expecting, she begged her mom, Lynne Spears, to allow her to get liposuction surgery.

“She didn’t know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure,” a second source reveals. “Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient.”

Of course cosmetic surgery during pregnancy is not a good idea, and could endanger the baby.

“Any form of liposuction is dangerous and should not be performed on a pregnant woman,” Dr. Gary Burton tells Star. ” It poses serious health risks to the fetus.”

That’s pretty scary isn’t it? You would think the doctor would do blood work to rule out pregnancy before the liposuction procedure. Do you think this is a just a rumor?

Lynne Spears made a rare television appearance Wednesday on NBC’s The Today Show , where she spoke openly to host Meredith Vieira about how her youngest child, Jamie Lynn Spears, told her that she was pregnant. See the Lynne Spears video below for more juicy details.

Lynne Spears tells of how Jamie Lynn revealed her pregnancy. Lynne said:

“She hands me a note and tells me to go into the bedroom and read it,” Lynne recalled. “It said she was pregnant and everything was going to be okay…. I thought it was a joke. I kept waiting for the punchline.”

But Lynne realized that Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn’s boyfriend, couldn’t even look her in the eye, and Lynne knew it was not a joke.

“I was in shock… I started to cry,” said Lynne, who also revealed that, as a mom, she tends to take the blame for all her children’s mistakes on her own shoulders. “What did I do?” she asked herself at the time. “I took all the blame… It’s always my fault.”

As for her oldest daughter, Britney Spears, who has had many up and downs the past few years. But Lynne says, “She’s strong, she’s resilient… Britney’s fine… She’s headed to the top once again.”

A newspaper has claimed that Britney Spears has English roots in Tottenham, London. Records in the London Metropolitan Archives showed that Spears’ great grandparents were Londoners. They could have been living together before marriage.

Britney Spears was said to have descended from George Anthony Portell and Lillian Esther Lewis. Parish records wrote that the couple was married at St. John’s church in Tottenham in 1923. They gave one common address on their marriage certificate, which indicated that they were living together before their marriage. At that age and time, it was considered a scandal. On the other hand, the same address could have been used for convenience.

Britney Spears’ grandmother, Lillian Woolmore Portell, married US Navy sailor, Barnett O’Field Bridges, in London. This couple then relocated to New Orleans, and had three children. One of whom was Lynne Spears; Britney’s mother.

Lynne Spears, Britney Spears’ mother, has written a shocking new book. Lynne Spears claimed that her daughter Britney started drinking at 13, soon after she became a cast of Disney’s Mickey Mouse club.

Spears’ new book is entitled, “Through The Storm: A Real Tale Of Fame And Family In A Tabloid World.” The book revealed that Britney Spears dated a football star while she was still schooling. She spent a lot of her time at her boyfriend’s house and lost her virginity there. When Britney met Justin Timberlake, Lynne Spears allowed Britney to share her bedroom with him because she thought the coupling was good for the both of them.

Lynne Spears expressed regret over the childhood years of Britney and said she would have done things differently had she been able to foresee the future.

Jamie Lynn Spears has apparently had it with fiance, Casey Aldridge, and sources state she has moved out of their home and with her mother, Lynne Spears.

The magazine In Touch ran the story of Casey Aldridge’s cheating with Kelli Dawson, even while Jamie Lynn was pregnant.

Supposedly Kelli Dawson is a tramp, and just trying to make some money and notoriety. But the chick says she has proof of the affair and her aborted pregnancy with Casey.

Jamie Lynn is said to be obviously hurt and miserable, and has moved out with baby Maddie Briann to live with her mother.

Apparently Jamie Lynn left the home she currently shares with fiance Casey Aldridge, to get comfort from her mother. “She is spending time with her mom because she needs her right now,” says a friend.

Jamie Lynn is spending time with family for emotional support”, the friend added, she is devastated.”

The shocking claims of the affair Aldridge had with Dawson rocked Jamie Lynn’s world. But apparently friends of Casey’s aren’t as surprised by Kelli’s claims. “Rumors have long been circulating that he has a wandering eye – especially when Jamie Lynn is out of town,” confirms a pal of Casey and Kelli’s.

So far there have been no comments as to whether the wedding is actually off or if it is just postponed. Hopefully Jamie Lynn will wise up after the cheating revelation and drop Casey Aldridge completely.

It has also been said that big sister, Britney Spears, would like Jamie Lynn and Maddie Briann to move in with her! Star magazine reported, “Brit has assured Jamie Lynn that she’ll build a nursery for Maddie – even promising that when she buys her new place, it will have a special wing for them,” the source stated.

Britney Spears has made so much improvement and it’s sweet she is reaching out to help her little sister, Jamie Lynn, during all this drama.

Britney Spears mom, Lynne Spears has been hiding a secret tragedy. Lynne Spears ran over a young boy on a bicycle and killed him!

The tragic accident is being reported as happening way back in 1975, but the death of the 12 year-old boy is said to still haunt Lynne Spears. So sad!

A friend of the Spears’ family said, “To this day, Lynne hasn’t gotten over what she did. She gets that terrified look in her eye when she is thinking about it.”

“She has told only a few people about the accident and always says, ‘Please don’t think I’m a bad person.’”

Lynne Spears was only 20 years-old when the accident happened in her hometown of Kentwood, La., the same year she had married Jamie Spears.

Britney’s mom Lynne was driving her brother to the hospital after he had an accident. Probably pre-occupied with her brother’s injury, she did not see the little boy on the bicycle.

The 12 year-old boy, Anthony Winters, lived along the route Lynne was taking to the hospital.

Lynne’s rep says, “Anthony Winters and his friend were in the road on a curve on a bicycle. As Lynne rounded the curve she could not avoid the boy in the street as there was oncoming traffic in the opposite lane.”

Anthony later died at the hospital as a result of his injuries.

Her rep adds, “Lynne realized the boy was struck immediately and to this day is grieved by the Winters’ loss of their son.“

“It bothers Lynne still to this day,” said a representative for Lynne Spears.

“She really doesn’t like to talk about it. She just wanted to forget that it ever happened – but she can’t.”

The National Enquirer confirmed story with Lynn Spears rep. That is a heart-breaking story for both families.

Britney Spears was in Las Vegas during the past weekend. A source claimed that she had a nip and tuck surgery there. Britney had earlier denied that she underwent liposuction in Vegas in April 2007.

Lynne Spears had hired two psychologists in Beverly Hills to help Britney. This was revealed by Britney’s friend. The professionals will workout with Britney on her growing list of issues.

Kevin Federline, Britney’s ex-husband, might request to subpoena a tape that showed Britney driving through a red light while using a cell phone. His lawyer, Mark Kaplan, might use that tape in court.

Britney tried to use an excuse to explain why her drug test came back positive for amphetamine. She claimed it was due to her asthma inhaler. TMZ investigated and replied that the chemicals which Britney named in her inhaler could NOT cause a positive test for amphetamines.

Lynne and Britney seem to be mending fences. Britney shopped for a bottle of “Tom Ford Black Orchid” perfume and gushed to staff at Neiman Marcus that it was a present for her Mom. Britney must have forgiven her Mom for her no-show at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Lynne gave her support to her ex-son-in-law, Kevin Federline, because they were celebrating the joint birthdays of her grandsons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Just imagine, Lynne passed over her daughter to be with her grandsons.
