AskMen.com has unveiled their Top 49 Men of 2007.  The site received over 1,000,000 votes on who ranked the best, the winner of course- David Beckham.  David was voted the 2007 most “manly man.”"

“Leonardo DiCaprio’s construction of a personal basketball court may wind up in another kind of court.

The actor’s Los Angeles neighbors, Ronald and Joa n Linclau, filed a lawsuit Thursday alleging that DiCaprio’s backyard renovation for the recreation area has caused damage to their uphill property since July 2004.

DiCaprio “maliciously” crossed onto the couple’s property, cutting and removing hedges, excavating “earth, granite and bedrock,” which has destabilized their deck and pool, the Superior Court suit alleges.

The neighbors assert that damages exceed $250,000. They also say DiCaprio ignored their repeated demands to stop construction. ”

Leonardo DiCaprio and supermodel girlfriend Bar Refaeli arrived in Israel this weekend creating a paparazzi storm that led to a scuffle near the West Wall on Monday. The couple’s bodyguards allegedly engaged in an altercation with photographers waiting outside the site. Several journalists claim they were punched and their equipment was damaged during the scuffle. Two of Dicaprio’s bodyguards were arrested after the incident while DiCaprio and Refaeli were whisked away in a waiting van.

The 32-year-old Oscar nominee and Refaeli, 21, have been romantically linked for about a year, DiCaprio has received Oscar nominations for his roles in “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape,” “The Aviator” and “Blood Diamond.” Refaeli is featured in Sports Illustrated magazine’s recent swimsuit issue.
