Newly single Sienna Miller doesn’t seem to be too upset about her recent break-up with Balthazar Getty. Sienna was spotted at a local club on Friday night with Leonardo DiCaprio and Josh Hartnett.

The Daily Mail UK had reported that Sienna was seemingly having a pretty good time partying with DiCaprio and Hartnett.

“Sienna was sandwiched between Leo and Josh and looked like the cat that got the cream,” a spywitness maintains to the paper. “She seemed quite taken by Josh — they swapped numbers at the end of the night.”

Actually this isn’t the first time that Josh Hartnett and Sienna Miller were spotted together. Back in 2007 Hartnett was seen rubbing Miller’s thigh an LA party.

A few days before Miller and Hartnett’s ostensible hand-on-leg action (both insisted that nothing was going on), Sienna, 26, was spotted at a Golden Globes after-party enjoying a tête-à-tête with DiCaprio, whom she purportedly cozied up to in 2005 (also denied all around).

“I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that,” Miller stated at a charity get together earlier in the evening. At this party, Miller was seen with Kylie Minoques’s ex Oliver Martinez.

Sienna says, “It’s nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.”

After Sienna Miller’s public affair with Balthazar Getty, she was branded a homewrecker and her London house was defaced with the spray-painted word “slut.”

“There have been some pretty unpleasant rows, largely over Balthazar’s reluctance to commit,” a source told the Mail, adding that Miller “is totally paranoid he is going to go back to his family. She feels very let down by Balthazar.”

The affair might have hurt Sienna’s acting career due to her reputation.

“Sienna has been really down in the dumps about her love life and her career,” alleges a pal. “Losing ‘Sherlock Holmes’ has been another major setback for her. Sienna’s not half as well off as people assume. Money is becoming a bit of an issue and she has just signed a big modeling deal to pay the bills, even though she’d much rather be acting.”

But on Monday, Sienna Miller was awarded a $55,000 settlement from two British tabloids over Getty-related items, reports the London Guardian.

“We acknowledge that on the specific facts and circumstances of this case you had a reasonable expectation of privacy in respect of the information and the photographs that we published in the Sun and the News of the World,” the papers said in a statement. “We also accept that we should not have published such information or photographs.”

Police will seek the extradition of the woman accused of fleeing to Canada after cutting Leonardo DiCaprio with a broken beer bottle at a party in 2005, authorities said.

DiCaprio suffered “great bodily injury” when Aretha Wilson, 37, allegedly attacked him with a broken beer bottle on June 20, 2005, as he was leaving a party in Hollywood Hills, according to the arrest warrant charging her with one count of assault with a deadly weapon.

Wilson has been in custody in Toronto due to an aggravated assault case and is suspected in other assault cases, Los Angeles police Detective Steve Ramirez said Thursday.

DiCaprio attorney Blair Berk said the 33-year-old superstar has been cooperating with local and Canadian authorities.

There are rumors milling in the U.S. press that Tom Cruise may have signed on to undertake the film role of Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner, in an upcoming biopic. It’s not too much of a stretch to imagine Cruise cloaked in Hefner’s signature red and black pimp robe surrounded by gorgeous blonde bombshells. Cruise’s people haven’t confirmed whether or not he’s actually got the part. There are also rumors that Lindsay Lohan may be cast as a Playboy Bunny in the forthcoming movie. Ratner told E! Entertainment at Hollywood Life’s 4th Annual Style Awards when asked about the possibility of this casting choice, “She’s very talented … if she’s sober. She would be great as a Playboy Bunny.” Brett Ratner doesn’t have a very reputable track record in the realm of directing successful projects so there’s a lot of speculation about how impressive this film may actually be.
