Paris Hilton, Kevin Federline

Kevin Federline had read or heard all those news about Paris Hilton’s hunt for a good husband. So when he spotted Paris walking into the LA nightclub Lax, he was so excited that he shouted out her name. He rushed to her side and kissed her on the cheek. After that, they were inseparable for the night. The new couple for the night shared jokes and giggled like dating teens.

Britney Spears, Kevin’s ex-wife, might be upset if she were to chance upon this news. It was rumored that Britney still held a torch for Kevin. Some sources said that Britney missed Kevin.

Kevin Federline’s Attorney Trying to Ban Britney

Kevin Federline’s lawyer is seeking to ban Britney Spears from requesting adjustments to her custody arrangement after she failed to show up for her deposition on Wednesday morning, December 12, 2007. The pop star was expected to give her deposition in her ongoing custody trial at the Los Angeles offices of her ex-husband’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. But she failed to show up and blamed her non-attendance on a “general (medical) condition”. However, she was pictured hours later out and about in L.A.

According to TMZ, this is the fourth time Spears has skipped the court-ordered meeting and Kaplan is reportedly set to appeal to Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon to prevent the singer from asking to restore custody of the couple’s sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

A new date for Spears’ deposition has been chosen, but not made public.

Britney Spears was unafraid to do her own hands on for her hair. She has dyed them black-brunette. She decided on a color change just before she was due in Kevin Federline’s lawyer’s office to give her evidence under oath. This would be a deposition under oath. The lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had questioned Britney’s former employees like Ali Sims, Larry Rudolph, and Daimon Shippen.

However, Britney has done the opposite of expectations. She failed to show up for her deposition. Mr. Kaplan said that Britney had a medical excuse. TMZ’s reporter wrote that Britney was ill with anxiety.

It looks like Britney Spears will get to spend Christmas with her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, after a holiday schedule was worked out in a closed-door session yesterday with Los Angeles County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon. Spears’ attorney Anne Kiley, and Mark Vincent Kaplan, who is handling the case for Kevin Federline, worked out the upcoming holiday season schedule for the children, which will allow Spears to see the boys on Christmas.

K-Fed had his sons over on Thanksgiving, while Brit got the kids the day before . According to the New York Daily News, Los Angeles Court Spokesman Allan Parachini stated, “there was extensive discussion and agreement on the visitation over the holiday period. It’s different from the existing (custody) schedule.” As it stands right now, Britney Spears gets monitored visits with her sons twice a week, with one overnight stay.”

Kevin Federline and Larry Birkhead Voted ‘Good Fathers’

“Details,” a monthly men’s magazine published by Condé Nast is giving Kevin Federline and Larry Birkhead kudos for their parenting skills in their latest issue. The magazine published a list of the ‘50 Most Influential Men under 45′. Federline came in seventh on the list along with the late Anna Nicole Smith’s lover Larry Birkhead in ‘The Good Fathers’ category.

The publication wrote: “Meet America’s new parental role models. We all expected Kevin Federline and Larry Birkhead to crash and burn as fathers. Instead, by being more visible presences in their children’s lives than many Hollywood A-listers, they emerged as unlikely candidates for Dad of Year.” The New Dad, as represented by Kevin and Birkhead, is involved. He trucks the kids to the supermarket, decorates their bedrooms, and even lets them dictate the direction of his career.”

The list was topped by ‘High School Musical’ star Zac Efron who, along with ‘Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull’ actor Shia LaBeouf and the ‘Disney Kids’ - including Hannah Montana and Hilary Duff - shared the number one spot on the list. “Details” commented on the top slot: “If you think you can escape Disney’s mind-controlling power, think again. Like it or not, we’re all caught in the mouse’s trap!” Mark Zuckerberg, who founded social networking site Facebook, came third on the list, while Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold - who went on a shooting rampage and killed pupils in their respective high schools - controversially rounded out the top five.
