The Scientologists chose the same restaurant as the one that they had previously used to entertain Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. Cut restaurant in Los Angeles was a popular celebrity haunt.
Katie Holmes has appeared on the cover of “In Style”, for its April 2008 issue. She wore a tight fitting vest suit for the cover photo. Inside, she wore a simple white dress with some black embroidery. The dress looked like a revamp from the French clown Pierrot’s wardrobe.
Katie Holmes emerged out in Hollywood with a new hair style. She and her husband, Tom Cruise, attended the “Essence Black Women in Hollywood” first annual event.
Katie Holmes was interviewed by the press. When she was asked for her comments as regards to her husband’s ex-wife’s pregnancy, Katie said, “I’m so happy for her. It’s wonderful.” Last month, Katie received some bad press when she said that Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman’s children called her Mom. It was known that the kids had refused to call Nicole Mom.
Katie made headlines in the world premiere of her latest movie, Mad Money. She wore a strapless puffball gown that was also a bare back. The flimsy dress gave her a wardrobe malfunction and she had to call upon her husband to help adjust her dress.
Kate Holmes was the presenter at the Critics’ Choice Awards. She wore an off the shoulder toga styled gown. She looked fit and toned. It was due to her physical workout regime, gym sessions and previous marathon practices. Katie had been slowly undergoing her transformation. She had a square bob hair cut but she has since modified it to present a softer look.
Katie would be seen in her latest film soon. It is called “Mad Money” and stars Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah. The plot was about 3 female robbers. This would be Katie’s first movie after the delivery of her baby, Suri, 20 months ago.
Looks like things could get ugly between the two Hollywood beauties, Katie Holmes and Nicole Kidman. It was widely reported earlier this month that Nicole Kidman’s children with her ex-husband Tom Cruise refused to call her “Mom.” Tom’s new wife, and mother of Suri, told “Parade” magazine this month in an interview that Tom and Nicole’s adopted children call her “Mom” all the time. Ouch!
Katie looks like she’s up to something in this picture. Apparently Mrs. Cruise has a streak of devious underneath her sweet exterior. We’ll be interested to see if Nicole Kidman retaliates in response to Katie’s low blow.
