Singer Justin Timberlake had to get a temporary restraining order against a female stalker named Karen McNeil that has broken into Timberlake’s home several times. Read more on Timberlake’s stalker below.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham has granted Justin Timberlake a temporary restraining order stating that Karen McNeil, 48, must stay at least 100 yards away from him.

The judge will also consider granting a three-year restraining order at a later hearing in November.

Court documents show that McNeil broke into Timberlake’s home for the third time last week before being she was placed in protective psychiatric custody by police.

The woman, who is believed to be homeless, twice appeared at the singer’s home in June, and even once left a letter for Justin.

“McNeil’s ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct has become extremely frightening,” the court order said, adding that Timberlake “fears for the personal safety of himself, his family and employees”.

A security guard at Justin’s home said Karen McNeil had a  trunk full of clothes and personal belongings. She apparently thought she was moving in with the singer.

McNeil was released from police custody after a series of mental health checks.

Karen McNeil also stalked Guns N Roses singer Axl Rose back in 1997 and she pleaded no contest to disobeying a court order restricting her Axl.

After three years, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have reportedly ended their relationship.  Read more on their split and Justin’s hook-up with Rihanna below.

Justin Timberlake is reportedly the one that called off the relationship on the phone about a month ago.

Sources report that while Timberlake was in New York showing his William Rast clothing line, that Timberlake was “clearly on the hunt.”

There were reports last year, even from Lindsay Lohan, stating that “JB” was a cheater and posted a grainy photo on her Twitter.  Then in July the Daily News’ Gatecrasher column stated that Timberlake and Biel’s relationship was quickly headed for Splitsville.

“Things don’t look good for them right now — they’ve hit a really rocky spot,” confided one of Justin’s friends.

“Justin had to leave dinner once because Jessica was calling him incessantly. They got into a huge screaming match over the phone about how she’s always ‘checking up’ on him,” said the source. “She’s extremely needy and is always keeping tabs on him.”

It seems Justin’s friends aren’t that crazy about Jessica Biel.

“All his friends think she’s really annoying,” added the source. “She’s always trying to be one of the guys. She and Justin have no chemistry.”

Although Justin has ended the relationship, sources report that Jessica Biel is in “severe denial and won’t accept” the split.

Another source reported, “There’s no way of knowing if it’s a firm breakup, because with them it’s so hot and cold.”

On Sept. 13 at 1Oak’s MTV Video Music Awards bash in NYC, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake went back to her hotel room. “They tried to keep it a secret, but Jessica found out within days,” a source says. Justin’s three-year relationship with Jessica seems to have reached a critical point. “She must be a wreck.”

“Rihanna and Justin have been talking and texting on the phone nonstop since the VMAs,” a source tells Star. But before Rihanna totally gives in to the attraction, she wants to make sure she’s not his lady on the side. A friend reveals: “She asked him on the phone, ‘Are you still with Jessica?’ And he hinted that things were cooling off between them.”

Star magazine first reported that there was something going on between Rihanna and Justin.

A source says Justin is really into Rihanna and she also feels the strong attraction.  “She is a total tease and loves flirting with him. She digs him and wants to date him too!”

Actress Jessica Biel made her theater debut over the weekend in a special concert version of Guys and Dolls, presented by the LA Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl. Read more on Jessica Biel and see video of her singing below.

Biel, 27, played the role of Sarah Brown, a missionary in Manhattan who goes up against a gang of gamblers but falls in love with one of them.

“I haven’t really done anything like this,” Jessica told the Associated Press after a dress rehearsal Friday. “Well, I did one thing in college. In college, I did a concert version of ‘Tommy’ when I was in college. But, other than that … .”

This role is quite different than Jessica’s last movie called “Powder Blue”, where she played a tough-as-nails stripper.

“No, definitely not what you would think to go from ‘this’ into this,” Jessica replied when asked about the stretch from role to role. “But that’s the fun of this world. That’s what I love about this job. You get to do something like that and then you go completely extreme to the other side of it, and terrify yourself in some other way. It’s really about terrorizing myself.”

Jessica was asked if she would like to perform on Broadway. She replied, “Oh, yeah. I would love to. Literally, that is one of my eight-year-old dreams. That’s like my little eight-year-old inside me is cartwheeling around, thinking about that idea.”

A Santa Barbara jury has found Jesse James Hollywood guilty of first-degree murder and kidnapping for ordering the killing of Nicholas Markowitz. The story of Jesse James Hollywod is what the movie “Alpha Dog” was based upon. Read more on Jesse James Hollywood below.

The crime was the model for the 2007 movie “Alpha Dog.” Defense attorneys argued that the crime’s notoriety tainted the testimony of witnesses and prejudiced the public against their client.

Hollywood could receive the death penalty.

Markowitz was beaten up, forced into a van near his home and driven to Santa Barbara by Hollywood and a couple of his friends. Prosecutors said the aim was to hold Markowitz until his older half-brother Ben made good on a $1,200 drug debt to Hollywood, an admitted marijuana dealer.

Defense attorneys said Markowitz was free to go shortly after the group arrived in Santa Barbara and that a Hollywood friend named Ryan Hoyt opted to kill the boy to win the defendant’s approval. On July 1, prosecutor Joshua Lynn repeated his description of Hoyt as a lackey who would do anything — including commit murder — for the more popular Hollywood.

“What would not elevate his status would be to do it against Hollywood’s orders,” he said. Hoyt has been sentenced to death. Graham Pressley, who dug Nicholas’ grave in the Santa Barbara foothills, was sentenced as a juvenile and has been released.

In his testimony, Pressley said another accomplice, Jesse Rugge, contended that Hollywood had offered him $2,000 to kill the boy, which he refused. Rugge was acquitted of murder but given a life sentence for aggravated kidnapping.

Nicolas Markowitz was held for a few days but Jesse James Hollywood was afraid he’d face charges of kidnapping so took the boy to a park where he shot and buried the 15 year-old.  Hollywood wasn’t at the scene but had his orders carried out.

This makes the fourth trial in this case. The defendants have all been convicted. One was released after time served, another received life in prison, and the man that pulled shot the boy is on death row.

Hollywood evaded capture by California police and lived as a fugitive in Brazil for four years before his 2005 apprehension.

I grew up with Nick Markowitz. We had a three-day hand-holding affair the summer of 7th grade. He was a part of my tight circle of goofy theater kid friends who were transformed into a traumatized fraternity after his murder….

Nick was lanky, awkward, and emotional. I remember giving him several tight hugs during our friendship while he would sob because he was distraught. Nick was handsome and funny but he never fit in, though he was eager to.

As we got older, Nick became increasingly out of sorts with the dorky drama crowd. He became more shy, more conscious of the high school pecking order. His older step-brother Ben, a thug in the neighborhood, was letting Nick kick around with his group of friends more frequently. Ben’s friends were a cluster of older, small-time drug dealers. I imagine it was difficult for Nick to alternate between drinking with tattooed twenty-year-olds to staying after school so he could practice mime with a bunch of 13-year-old thespians.
So by the end of freshmen year, Nick had dropped out of drama. I felt betrayed that he chose a group of dope-slanging outsiders over us. I snubbed him when he greeted me with a huge smile…

Justin Timberlake was at a nightclub in New York where Lindsay Lohan was attending. Justin was spotted kissing a brunette that wasn’t his girlfriend Jessica.

Moral police, Lindsay Lohan, sent out a tweet around 3 am showing a dark photo with the post saying “where’s jb cheater? ” That photo is really hard to see but is posted below.

But apparently Lohan wasn’t the only one that noticed Timberlake making out with another woman. Other sources report that Timberlake was very intoxicated and was seen holding hands and kissing a woman.

Lindsay also tweeted “Why do people cheat? When love is always standing right in front of their face”?

We are betting Jessica Biel will kick Justin’s butt after getting word of his cheating!

Justin Timberlake went on The Jimmy Kimmel show and discussed photos from the Lakers game where Justin was showing girlfriend, Jessica Biel, some major pda! Read what Justin had to say below in video.

Jimmy Kimmel showed the photos of Timberlake pawing all over his girlfriend on the show, but Justin had a pretty good explanation.

“They were playing Sonny & Cher’s ‘I Got You Babe,’” Timberlake explained. “And we were watching all these sort of elderly people kiss — it got kind of weird there for a second, I’m not going to lie — but it was really endearing.”

Justin said he wasn’t much of an exhibitionist, but he was inspired by an open-mouthed kiss that was just shown on the Jumbotron between Dustin Hoffman and his wife. Timberlake said “I was not to be outdone [by Hoffman] so I mounted my girlfriend in front of 18,000 people.”

Timberlake’s PDA wasn’t without its regrets. “It was one of those things that in the moment I should have made a better decision.” “You know what? Keep that in the motel,” Kimmel agreed.

Justin was joined by two comedians for the hilarious skit on U.S. TV show Saturday Night Live, which saw Beyonce recreate her video to her new track Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It).

In the real video to Single Ladies, Beyonce wriggles her hips in time with two similar female dancers in the high energy routine.

But in the SNL ‘video’, Beyonce performs her dance moves but seems totally uncomfortable with the men in tights.

Paul Rudd, who is directing, asks: ‘What’s the beef B-K?’

She replies: ‘Something doesn’t feel quite right.’

Doing a hand movement to make John Travolta proud passing two fingers in front of his face, Justin says: ‘It felt pure… We’re the dancers.’

Beyonce continued: ‘I’m a little bit confused because this song is called Single Ladies so I imagined the dancers would be strong, beautiful women.’

After Beyonce’s concerns are ignored, filming commences again after Justin gives one of his fellow dancers a playful slap on the bottom.

It isn’t long before Beyonce halts filming again after Justin gets way too close to comfort and begins grinding beside her.

The third take sees the three men closing in on Beyonce and rubbing their backsides beside her legs.

Justin ups the raunchy factor by spanking his own bottom, to the horror of a disgusted Beyonce.

When asked by Beyonce what they thought they were doing, Justin’s fellow dancer said: ‘We were grinding….’ prompting Justin to add: ‘I thought that was obvious.’
