Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are being sued by photographers who claim the couple’s bodyguards shot at them during their Costa Rican wedding.  Read more on the lawsuit  and incident below.

The photographers have stated they had been authorized to take pictures from a property nearby, but Tom Brady’s security guards approached the paps and demanded their camera and memory cards.

One photographer  “managed to run off and escape” but the other guy said he was “grabbed by the bodyguard, his arm twisted behind him and immobilized.”

In the lawsuit that was filed today in New York, the men claim five additional men joined in against them and would not allow the captive photographer leave.

Finally the captive photog was able to go back to his SUV and pick up the other photographer but security said they had to drive to the Bundchen residence to discuss the incident further.

The men said they attempted to speed away and at that time “the Brady/Bundchen bodyguards opened fire with pistols.”

Bullets “shattered” the rear window of the SUV” and “narrowly missed striking the heads” of the photographers.

In their suit, the photographers stated that Tom Brady and pregnant model Gisele Bundchen were negligent in hiring and training the security team, and therefore allowed their guards to “discharge firearms with intent to kill or wound.”

The two men are seeking more than $1 million in damages.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has finally confirmed that his model wife, Gisele Bundchen, is pregnant and due in December. Read more on Gisele’s pregnancy below.

Brady had previously denied that Bundchen was pregnant and told reporters in March that he was already busy caring for son Jack to consider having another baby.

But Tom Brady revealed the baby news to ESPN’s Chris Berman in an interview that will air this weekend.

“I told her … no Sundays,” Brady told Berman.

Brady plans on participating in Lamaze classes with Bundchen. “Well, it couldn’t be harder than this training camp, so I’ll be prepared,” he said.

Tom and Gisele were married earlier this year. Brady has a son from a previous relationship with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen are expecting their first child together and are said to be “ecstatic”.  Read more on Gisele’s pregnancy below.

Rumors circulated last month that Gisele was pregnant, but there was no confirmation. But photos taken in Brazil this week had surfaced showing what was a definite baby bump.

The supermodel and her New England Patriots quarterback husband Tom Brady were married twice this past Spring, in Los Angeles Feb. 26, and again at Gisele’s Costa Rica home.

“Gisele will be an excellent mother,” a source told People. “She’s always wanted kids.”

“Family is everything,” Bündchen, who turns 29 next month, said to People magazine. “I think family is the base to everything. I think that is one of the things I’m most grateful for. I have a lot to be grateful for but I think that’s definitely number one.”

This will be the first child for Bundchen. Tom Brady has a son named John with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan.

The Brazilian-born model has confided to close friends that she is pregnant with her first child with New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady.

Tom Brady, 31, has a young son named  John Edward Moynahan from actress Bridget Moynahan, who he left for Gisele Bundchen back in 2006.

Of course Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s reps have yet to comment, but a source close to Gisele said,  “(Gisele) is good at keeping a secret, but I think this time is a go.”

Gisele and Tom married in February and repeated the ceremony again in April in Costa Rica.

Gunfire sounded at the second wedding in Costa Rica for New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen. Read more on the wedding excitement below.

Two paparazzi photographers claim that Gisele Bundchen’s security team opened fire on them when they were caught taking pictures of their wedding in Costa Rica on Saturday.

“I couldn’t believe it when I realized what they had done,” photographer Uri Cortez said of the incident outside Bundchen’s seaside compound in Mal Pais.

Cortez and his colleague Rolando Avila said they were sneaking back to their car outside the compound after taking the wedding pictures with their telephoto lenses.

“I could have lost my life for the sake of some pictures that Gisele didn’t want published. Are they insane?” Cortez told his photo agency, INF.

Thankfully there were no injuries, except to their car’s windshield.

Victoria’s Secret model Gisele Bundchen and football star Tom Brady married Thursday around 6 p.m. at the St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica, California. Read more on Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s wedding below.

Gisele Bundchen, 28, wore a form-fitting ivory lace strapless wedding gown with a trumpet skirt, scalloped edges, long train and a floor-length veil with attached handmade satin roses and attached satin headband, by Dolce & Gabbana, reported US Weekly. Gisele’s three dogs wore matching Dolce & Gabbana floral lace collars.

Gisele and Tom’s wedding was said to be “very small and intimate,” and most of the guests were their immediate family.  Brady’s 18-month-old son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was also in attendance.

After the wedding, they had a small gathering at their home in L.A.’s Brentwood neighborhood. Brady’s wedding band was visible upon leaving the church, while Gisele Bundchen carried her new stepson to the car.

The Brazilian-born supermodel and the New England Patriots quarterback have dated since 2006. Friends say the couple are perfect together.

“She’s definitely ‘The One,’” the source said. “She really makes him comfortable and just happy.”

Engagement rumors began to swirm last year but were squashed by Gisele Bundchen.

“Someone deduced I was getting engaged…I don’t know how people are so creative,” she told Brazilian magazine Caras Gi last month after receiving over 100 e-mails from pals asking about the engagement.

Tom Brady and Gisele purchased  a $11.7 million plot of land in a gated community in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles late last year.

A buddy of Gisele’s told OK!, “She’s got some racy lingerie shots, a birthday cake shot for August, and the expected picture of her in knee socks and his jersey!”

Tom Brady has no clue about Gisele’s birthday surprise but her pal says, “He’s going to love it!”

Christie’s auction house in New York would be holding an auction to sell photos of celebrities. Some photos of supermodels like Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen were nude.

The private collections from Gert Elfering would go under the hammer in April. The naked pictures of Kate and Gisele might get about $40,000 each. These photos were taken by the famous cameraman, Irving Penn. The entire auction was anticipated to fetch about $6 million.

Gert recounted his personal story of how he started his photo collection with a book and poster. He had no money then but slowly managed to accrue small prints and went on to buy expensive prints. Finally, in 1998, he bought the complete archive of photographer Horst P. Horst.
