Carmen Electra worked it in Los Angeles last night when she performed with a burlesque group.

Gorgeous Carmen Electra joined Les Femmes Cheries to perform a combination of cabaret, striptease and fashion show at the Key Club in Hollywood.

Carmen’s figure looks as stunning as ever at the age of 36.

Carmen’s sexy performance was a huge contrast to her demure appearance at the ComicCon Convention in San Diego, just days earlier.

Les Femmes Cheries was created by original Pussycat Doll Lindsley Allen.

Carmen Electra has performed with the original Pussycat Dolls for two years, but decided against joining the band when they launched two years ago.

Electra’s reason for declining were money-related, she said: “Financially, I couldn’t become part of their new music project… It was a sacrifice I couldn’t make.”

As well as her modeling and acting past, Carmen also had a brief singing career in the early 1990s after signing a contract with Prince’s Paisley Park Records.

Carmen released her self-titled debut album in 1993, which featured songs such as Go Go Dancer and Fantasia Erotica, but it didn’t fare well for Electra.

Rock musician Dave Navarro has teamed with Teravision to direct his first adult movie, Broken. The porn movie is set for a September release and stars Sasha Grey as “a woman torn apart by the duality of control and powerlessness in her life.”

Navarro says about this project:

“I have always had an interest in film making and the visual arts, so when Teravision approached me about directing a film, it felt like a natural partnership,” said Navarro. “I have known Evan and Tera for years and have many friends in the adult entertainment industry, so I figured… What a great opportunity to work on a feature length project with people I already know. I have missed the sense of danger and edge in the music business for many years and working on this project reminded me a lot of the old days when we were just a bunch of kids in Hollywood playing the clubs, getting our hands dirty and raising some eyebrows along the way.”

Navarro claims he has no intention of performing sex on screen, but he does appear in the movie as himself, directing the action. He’s also supervising the soundtrack for the movie though he isn’t making any of his own musical contributions.

Broken is the first in a planned series of celebrity-directed porn movies from Teravision. Teravsion owner Evan Seinfeld says the company is already closing a deal for the next movie in the celebrity series. He didn’t release any further information about who the celebrity is.

Navarro married model and actress Carmen Electra on November 22, 2003 but announced their split on July 17, 2006. It’s been rumored that Dave was dating porn actress Jenna Jameson but he’s denied these claims on his blog. His musical career includes partnerships with Jane’s Addiction and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
