Britney Spears has been dating Jason Trawick for quite a while now but has refused to comment about her relationship with her agent.

Could a wedding be in Britney’s future?

A source told Life & Style magazine, “Britney told (dad) Jamie and (mum) Lynne she wants to marry Jason. They weren’t shocked, but they’re worried Britney is confusing close friendship with romance.”

But Spears is in love and a source said, “She says Jason makes her feel safe and loved.”

Britney married her high school friend Jason Alexander for a whopping 55 hours, then her second marriage was to  her back-up dancer Kevin Federline which ended in divorce in 2007.  So could the third time be a charm?

Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline aka “the sperminator”, has reportedly gotten his girlfriend Victoria Prince pregnant. Read more on this story below.

Kevin Federline’s girlfriend, pro volleyball player Victoria Prince has told friends she found out she was pregnant in mid-October. This will make K-Fed’s fifth child!

Friends of Britney’s worry this news will really hurt the singer, who reportedly held out hope she’d reconcile with Kevin Federline.

Although Spears has dated many men since her divorce, those close to the singer say she held out hope for a reconciliation with K-Fed.

“Britney never wanted Kevin to have another child unless it was with her,” revealed a source. “She desperately wants to have a baby girl, and she had hoped Kevin would be the dad.”

Federline, 31, already has four children – daughter Kori, 7, and son Kaleb, 5, with former girlfriend Shar Jackson, and sons Sean, 4, and Jayden, 3, with BritneySpears.

Victoria Prince has been living with Kevin Federline  since last spring. Prince, 26, suspected she was pregnant after the two spent a weekend in Las Vegas in mid-October. Prince then took a pregnancy test.  s

“The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news,” the source revealed.

“Kevin wasn’t planning to have children with Victoria, and now he’s upset with her. Kevin says he loves her, but he told her that he didn’t want to get married again.”

“Even though Britney has tried to move on, she still has feelings for Kevin. The last thing she wants is Kevin having children with someone else.”

Singer Britney Spears has reportedly reached a financial settlement with the photographer, Ricardo Mendoza, who had his foot run over in 2007. Read more on the lawsuit below.

Paparazzo Rick Mendoza said his foot was completely damaged for life and that the injuries had cost him around $195,000 in damages.  But you notice he is well enough to ride a bicycle!  Hmm…

Mendoza reportedly asked Spears to give him over $220,000 after he accused her of running him over intentionally.  Rick Mendoza also stated that Spears’ minders “should have known… Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”

The exact details of the settlement have not been revealed.

On Tuesday night, Britney Spears made her first appearance on “The Late Show With David Letterman” in almost three years. Britney Spears wore a black bikini with a red flower in her hair and read off the Top 10 for Letterman. See the video of Britney on Letterman below!

In the taped segment, Britney Spears sat on a desk and read off the “Top 10 Ways the Country Would Be Different if Britney Spears Were President.”

Britney named reasons like, “We would only invade fun places like Cabo,” “Free pie for everyone,” “Three words: Vice President Diddy” and, “I’d be the first president to wear eye shadow since Nixon.”

Spears also touched upon more serious current events with #4: “America might have a more coherent fiscal strategy.” And then she poked fun at her own omnipresence with #1: “Finally the media would pay attention to me.”

Britney joked about her potential as the leader of the free world, and stated how excited she was to see Letterman. Spears first said she was a fan of David Letterman’s but then clarified that she was actually a fan of Will Ferrell, a guest on the show that night.

The Teen Choice Awards 2009 was on last night and the favorites are “Twilight,” Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and “Gossip Girl.”  Read more and see tons of pictures from the Teen Choice Awards below.

The Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre was held Sunday evening, with many stars appearing.

The show was hosted by the Jonas Brothers, who began the awards show by “interrupting” a Barack Obama press conference. Then the Jonas Brothers took dares from fans.

Some highlights from the Teen Choice Awards show included the vampire movie “Twilight” winning 11 awards and Britney Spears receiving the Ultimate Choice Award.

“This is an honor, you’ve got to love the teens. We’re here because of them,” beamed Chace Crawford, moments before heading inside to take home the Choice TV Actor: Drama award for “Gossip Girl.” “I don’t know what I would say to Britney Spears. Hopefully, I’ll bump into her.”

“Wow, I would need to think about what I would say to her,” laughed Taylor Lautner, finally revealing what he’d ask the superstar if stuck on an elevator with Britney: “So, what are you doing tonight?”

The winners of the evening included:

Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Justin Chon, Robert Pattinson, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone and Catherine Hardwicke for Choice Movie: Drama, Romance, Actor (Pattinson), Actress (Stewart), Villain (Cam Gigandet), Fresh Face Female (Greene), Fresh Face Male (Lautner), Liplock (Stewart and Pattinson) and Rumble (Pattinson and Gigandet). Robert Pattinson and Megan Fox went onstage together to accept their Hottie awards.

“I’m doing something special with with [Britney] tonight,” Miley Cyrus said before the show of the night’s biggest moment, when she presented Britney with her Ultimate Choice Award. “She’s a good friend of the family, so I’m just happy to finally show everyone that she’s back, and she never went anywhere. She’s had a successful career, I’m proud of her — and both of us being Southern girls, I love that.”

Hugh Jackman was presented with the award for Choice Movie: Action Adventure. Other big winners included Zac Efron (Actor Comedy, “17 Again” and Actor Music/Dance, “High School Musical 3″), “The Hills” (Choice TV: Reality, and Female Reality, Lauren Conrad) and Beyoncé (Choice Music R&B Artist and R&B Track for “Single Ladies”).

“The universe didn’t explode — like some people may have thought — if the two of them came in contact,” laughed Miley’s “Hannah Montana” co-star Jason Earles, remembering the moment when she and Britney were onstage together. “It was cool, it was almost like a passing of the torch.”

“I wish Britney Spears would’ve performed. I didn’t get to meet her, but I was so excited she was there. She looks great — I’m so happy for her,” said an excited Ashley Greene afterward. “She’s had a rough couple of years, but she looked phenomenal.

Kevin Federline sure has packed on the pounds. His weight gain shocked many of his fans when he appeared at the California sporting even Monday. Maybe Kevin’s payment from ex-wife Britney of  $20-$40K per month is all going to food!

Ryan Sheckler spotted K-Fed at the X Games Celebrity Classic even remarked, “Man, that’s a belly on him! That’s K-Fed?!?”

Other celebs like Verne Troyer, Frankie Delgado and Josh Henderson participated in competitive activities at the event. Kevin Federline, 31, spent time with girlfriend Victoria Prince sitting on a shaded patio sipping vodka and orange juice cocktails and smoking cigarettes.

Kevin’s other ex Shar Jackson had commented previously on Kevin’s weight saying,  “It’s daddy weight!” she told Us magazine. “When you are a full time parent, sometimes you can’t focus on you. If gaining a few pounds is your only problem, life’s not too bad!”

Perhaps Kevin Federline needs to get a job other than sperminating celebs?

Britney Spears, the international pop superstar has been receiving death threats on her European tour.  Apparently, she has decided nont to bring her kids to Russia during her tour after being shaken by a serious of death threats.

Britney Spears has been traveling through Europe with her kids Sean Preston and Jayden James as she performs her “Circus” album.

The singer will fly to Moscow to perform at the Capital on Tuesday, then take a private Jet back to London to be reunited with her two boys.

“They are totally and definitely dating,” the source reveals. “Her dad loves him. He’s the best thing that happened to her.”

For months people have wondered if there was more than a business relationship between Spears and Trawick. But now they have taken their friendship to a “whole ‘nother level!”

Brit Brit has reportedly always had a crush on Jason Trawick, who also happens to be a good friend to her brother Bryan Spears.

Spears and Trawick recently went on vacation together in the Bahamas with her two sons: Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2.

“They’re very sweet together,” the source says. “He makes Britney really happy, and he’s great with the boys.”

Spears’s rep had no comment.
