Lindsay Lohan did her community service at an American Red Cross center in L.A. on Monday. This was part of her plea bargain for two DUI convictions in August 2006. Her sentence carried the compulsory minimum of 4 days’ jail but the prosecutors traded 2 of those 4 days for 10 days of community service.

Lindsay still has another 2 more days of jail time but she has been allocated credit for 1 day of jail already served when she was arrested in July. The final debt to the state is only 1 day of jail.

Lindsay was at the Red Cross Center from 12 noon – 7 pm. That constituted one short day of community service. Lindsay has been looking happier since she won Riley Giles from his ex-girlfriend, Bree Tierney.

Lindsay Lohan has been spotted around Los Angeles a lot lately. She has been shopping in the vicinity. It was too early for Christmas shopping so maybe she was shopping for special products available on the west coast before she finally moves to New York.

Lindsay has been into her hairdresser’s for some work on her hair. On some days, her crowning glory is platinum. On other days, her locks are yellower than blonde. It seemed that she could not decide if she wanted the Bree Tierney blonde look or another shade of blonde.

On one occasion, her boyfriend, Riley Giles, was waiting outside her hair salon for her when he spoke to some photographers. Riley gave a pep talk to them. When Lindsay walked out into the street, the paparazzi were very nice to her.

Lindsay Lohan might be selling her Mercedes SL-Class that had an accident when she was chasing her former assistant, Samantha Ronson.

This ebay ad had photographs that match those of Lindsay’s car which were taken on the night of the accident in May 2007. Even the license plates match. However, the VIN report said that the car had an accident in Feb. 2006.

The car is listed for $110 000 and its mileage is only 6 200. Lindsay’s fans might like to take note of this and fork out the cash for a celebrity memorabilia.

Lindsay could be selling away her Mercedes since she is turning over a new leaf. She is starting life in a different direction in New York. It is rumored that her boyfriend, Riley Giles, will be staying with her, since he has left his ex-girlfriend, Bree Tierney.

Riley Giles turned into a new leaf that preferred Lindsay Lohan over Bree Tierney. With his new found love and courage, he messaged Bree to announce the good news that he freed himself from their engagement.

Bree tried to avoid sounding like the fox who screamed sour grapes. She rationalized that Riley is a sponge who soaked up for his own benefit. She made an omniscient prediction in her own words, “She actually did me a favor. I know Riley well enough to know that every action he takes is to benefit himself. He’s just looking for publicity.”

Bree also revealed that Lindsay tried to befriend her during a meeting. She had thought it suspicious that Lindsay would be interested to talk to her and her fears have been confirmed.
