Billie Piper was forced to use two body doubles as her pregnant figure did not allow the cameras to film close ups of her growing body.

Billie’s character, Belle De Jour, in the TV show, The Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, often showed the character stripping down to her underwear. There was one body double who was skinny and another model who had a fuller figure. These body doubles helped the film director to get the shots that required close range shooting.

Billie Piper is expecting to deliver her first child in October. She and her husband, Laurence Fox, are presently having a short break in Paris.

Billi’s innocent gestures have set tongues wagging. Billi’s friend revealed that both Billie and Lawrence love children and would like to have a big group of children milling around their home in Sussex. This friend said that Billie was keen to start her family and wanted to be married first before having her kids.

Billie and Lawrence were engaged in August 2007 and got married on New Year’s Eve. The neighbors have started the baby bump watch on Billie Piper.

It was a good thing too as Billie’s white wedding dress got weighed down by the coat and appeared to have slipped somewhat. The coat helped to prevent a wardrobe malfunction photo taking opportunity. Their wedding ceremony was a low key affair in a village church in West Sussex on New Year’s Eve.

Billie’s former co-stars from her TV series, Dr. Who, turned up. Her ex-husband, Chris Evans, and his new wife, Natasha Shishmanian, also came. There were about 400 curious on-lookers. The guests were instructed to keep the venue a secret but the secret was leaked. Only those with invitations were allowed inside the church to witness the wedding.

Her wedding was scheduled on New Year’s Eve. The official reason given was that the wedding event was a long one and would be continued into the night. Children would not have the stamina to endure so many hours away from home and might misbehave.

Billie Piper and Laurence Fox are planning to celebrate their wedding in Billie’s ex-husband’s pub.

The ‘Doctor Who’ actress is ready to wed her fiancé in a romantic December 31 wedding at St. Mary’s Church in Midhurst, West Sussex, before heading to local pub, The Lickfold Inn for the reception. The bar just happens to be owned by Billie’s former hubbie, British TV and radio star Chris Evans.

A source told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper, “Some people might see this as a publicity stunt, but Billie genuinely wants to celebrate her special day with Chris there. She knows Chris will make sure her and Laurence are waited on hand and foot and have the best possible wedding reception they can have – that’s why she chose to have it there.”

Billie met her current beau while starring with him in the London play “Treats” earlier this year.

Billie and Chris, whose divorce was finalized in May, always vowed to remain “best friends for life.” The divorced couple have even dined as a foursome with their respective partners since their amicable seperation. Piper, the 25-year-old actress, attended her exes wedding reception in Portugal in August.
