Victoria’s Secret model, Adriana Lima, and her husband NBA star Marko Jaric, are expecting their first child!

The Brazilian supermodel is expecting and due this winter.

“Adriana and Marko are overjoyed that they are expecting their first child together and are excited to share the happy news and start their family together,” say reps.

Lima and Jaric eloped on Valentine’s Day this year, and married in a private civil ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Jaric plays for the Memphis Grizzlies and met Adriana Lima in 2006, and they became engaged in 2008 on Adriana’s 27th birthday.

Model Adriana Lima eloped with her basketball player boyfriend, Marko Jaric, on Valentine’s Day. Read more on Adriana and Marko’s secret marriage.

“We are so excited about our future together,” the Brazilian supermodel told People magazine. “And we are really looking forward to a big romantic wedding this summer with all of our friends and family.”

Lima and Jaric had just a small private civil ceremony Feb. 14 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. No other details have been released.

Timberwolves basketball star, Marko Jaric, just became engaged to Brazilian Victoria’s Secret model, Andriana Lima.

The supermodel, Adriana Lima, received the engagement ring Thursday night – her birthday – from Marko Jaric, his rep tells PEOPLE.

“He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn’t be more in love,” ssaid publicist James Weir.

Adriana, who turned 27 on Thursday, and Jaric, 29, who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, have been dating for nine months now.

Jaric says he “fell hard” for Adriana, which isn’t normal for him. Jaric said, “I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint,” he told PEOPLE in March. “Now, it’s a little different situation.”

Victoria’s Secret Model, Adriana Lima, has spoken openly about staying a virgin. Guess not for long!

The lingerie fashion house, Victoria’s Secret, asked their models to pose nude for the November issue of Vanity Fair. The bigger names like Heidi Klum and Marissa Miller will join them in another special, called the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. This indiscreet show will be televised on CBS, come December 4.

Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was born in 1995. Its immense popularity spawned the feverish hype over legalized lingerie fashion shows. It generated the negative propaganda too but the powers do not take it too seriously to ban Victoria’s Secret from airing.

Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Karolina Kurkova, Izabel Goulart, Selita Ebanks, and Adriana Lima are among some of the models who strip to make money.
