Christina Ricci tied the knot with fiance James Heerdegen in an intimate ceremony on Saturday.
The couple, who confirmed their engagement in February, married in front of close friends and family at Harold Pratt House And Peterson Hall on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Christina wore a high neck white silk tulle Givenchy haute couture gown with Chantilly lace and tiny pearl embroidery.
The 33-year-old bride wore her hair in a side bun with a white tulle veil with Chantilly lace that matched her wedding gown.
Wedding guests enjoyed a cocktail hour before joining the bride and groom for dinner.
Christina and James had a candy table at the reception, which probably left guests on a major sugar high to party that evening.
Ricci met Heerdegen, a camera technician, on the set of her now-cancelled television series “Pan Am”.
There were rumors she was engaged when the actress stepped out with a new sparkler on her wedding finger. She confirmed the news in July.
Christina gushed, “Getting to say “fiance” instead of “boyfriend” is my favorite thing. I can’t wait for “husband” because then I can really throw my weight around – ‘My husband’s going to come down here and talk to you!’ That’s a huge threat.”
Christina Ricci is known for her role as Wednesday Addams in “The Addams Family” and for “Sleepy Hollow”. She also starred in “Monster” with Charlize Theron and in “Black Snake Moan”.
This is the first marriage for Christina Ricci.
