Jessica Simpson previously refused to reveal the sex of her unborn child.

But Jessica Simpson gave a huge hint when she appeared on Ellen DeGeneres and totally gave away she’s having a son during her interview with Jimmy Kimmel.

Jessica Simpson, who became pregnant just eight months after the birth of her daughter Maxwell, accidentally spilled the beans on the late night talk show.

Jimmy joked about Simpson being pregnant again, saying, “It’s time to have this baby already”, with Simpson replying, “I know, I can’t believe I’m pregnant again!”

Simpson talked about having a rough time during her second pregnancy, saying, “It’s a totally different pregnancy. I just feel awful, I’ve been vomiting. The crazy thing is I never knew a wiener could make me nauseous.”

She laughed off her accidental slip-up, saying, “Well I guess I just told the world that I’m having a boy!”

Jimmy also mentioned Jessica’s best friend Cacee Cobb, who is pregnant and due around the same time as Jessica.

He asked if they had planned it that way and she replied, “Well it’s definitely something we would love to have happened. We want our babies to be best friends, ’cause we are. So now we’re going to force them to go to school together, force them to eat sandwiches together.”

Jessica Simpson seemed to feel embarrassed about blurting out the sex of her child in that manner. She explained, “I just did it so crude, I feel awful!”

It’s been reported that Jessica and her fiance plan to name their child Ace. Jimmy asked Jessica about the name rumor, but she brushed it off saying, “Well let’s hope it’s a boy!”

Kimmel asked the “Fashion Star” mentor if she planned to have more children, replying, “I really don’t want to be pregnant again because this pregnancy is really rocking my world right now.”
