“Glee” hunk Mark Salling who played Noah “Puck” Puckerman in the hit show has been accused by a former girlfriend of forcing her to have sex with him without using a condom.
Salling denies the accusations, with his lawyer saying she’s a woman scorned that wants to get paid.
Roxanne Gorzela began dating Salling in September 2010. They had consensual sex but only with a condom.
Months later she was leaving for a trip to Canada when they started making out. She told him “no” because he didn’t have a condom. She claims he forced her anyway.
Gorzela said when she returned from her trip, she began worrying about the risk of contracting a disease. She went to Mark Salling’s place to discuss it, but found him in bed with another chick.
She confronted him about whether or not he was “clean” and said he pushed her to the ground. She then filed a police report.
Salling’s publicist denied the woman’s claims, stating, “There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success.”
Adding, “We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”
Mark Salling hasn’t spoken publicly about the alleged incident. He did tweet this, “I always have and always will appreciate your support. Terror and intimidation are things ill never subscribe to. Love y’all so much.”
